Got myself a magnifying lamp from Amazon - Game changer for my 48 year old eyes. I can now see what I'm painting. Great content, keep it up.

The ogre and the kitbashing look great. If I hadn't seen the original pose, I'd assume this was the way it always looked.

Hello John. I really enjoyed watching you kitbash this model. I have the base game and dislike the pose of the gargoyle and would like to change that so this was very helpful.

For kitbashing I practice on kinder egg robot toys with any junk I have laying around. I've made an oversized sentry bot with missile arm, and if I feel like another kinder egg (before Easter) I hope to find more robots. Question: when Green stuff is hardened, does mixing it with vaseline actually help? Also I think for April I think people should make a kill team of "Word bearers" with a theme of Birds. Also a Noise Marine kill team.

Love the video! You should try some variants of slapchop for skin. Prime the model black. Then paint the skin with a deep Pinkish-Brown or Dark Tan colour. Then do the slapchop highlighting with the drybrush and you'll get a much more natural skin tone finish

I own the dipping inks and unfortunately I'm not a fan. Models have to be designed to work with speed paints and if they don't then dipping inks are really bad in my opinion. I only paint 3D printed models and often have the bad luck that they don't necessarily have the necessary surfaces needed for speed paints. But dipping inks work great in the airbrush. Without diluting.
