This was certainly a surprise! Kirsten Dunst can sing. This is a fun energetic video of the Vapors hit song which, like it or not, perfectly shows off Japanese popular culture. I visited Japan back in 1989, visiting Matsumoto, Yokohama and Tokyo on business.

This is so cool!! & Kirsten nailed it perfectly. Massive '80s hit resurrected perfectly...Awesome!!

@@bumhandle People are and have been under the erroneous and foolish impression that (the original meaning of) the song is about wanking, when it's really about angst and obsessing over a lost love. There's no way the actual lyrics can be interpreted to mean wanking, and yet the idea persists.

Naruto is garbage. It was always and always will be, just like Dragon Ball Super. Fuck how sexy Kale is, it's just bullshit fan-made fan-service using Akira Toriyama's style. I watched one episode and all it was, was scene after scene of things I've heard people wanting to see happen rather than what "realistically" (in a fictional story) would happen.
