Every time i watch this i can't avoid thinking that i wan't a movie made this way. It hurts me to know that this style is only appreciated by a few, still, this is a one of it's kind animation that i will value for the years to come, after all, the work putted into this shows so much love in the form of art.

First, you gotta recruit the Violence Fury (when the Violence Kings join forces) instead of attack it, but I have no idea how to do that on the GBA version-- after that, you can save the GOD RUSH up for later. There's a secret move you can do with Gamer Girl's level that also recruits the Slime Pope on your side too, which you can use to recruit the True Horsemen, which will remove them from combat later. After that, you complete the journey into the Hollow One at the end to reach the fight with the Violence Scion, and MASH THE HELL OUT OF THE ATTACK BUTTON the second you can, it'll stun her-- then, you use all the moves you've saved up, including the Violence Fury and the GOD RUSH, but the real trick is to hit select on the second controller, that activates the ITEM menu, and you can use revive on the Violence Scion... that's what ends her ultraviolence apocalypse. trust me, it's hard.

I remember watching this, maybe on NewGrounds, or Blacksheep, I just started watch Rick and Morty and this guy did a promo for them., and I knew it was him right away! I had forgotten about this!! I used to follow his work like a cult member! OMG NOSTALGIA!

He also did a scene for Gravity Falls (a Street Fighter parody with a guy destroying a car) and was art director for the old Scott Pilgrim game on 360 and PS3.

This is the greatest pixel animation most people have never heard of. I wish there was a way to spread it around and get it some popularity.

Hell yeah, sword girl was able to kill the invincible buddha god with two swings and was the last to survive against the Violence Kings before being orbital cannoned. Hand-to-hand Jet Boy was certainly super powerful though considering he didn't even have a weapon of his own, in a sense.

this video is genius, IMO - It awes me every time. The amount of archetypal references is nearly overload and the end is a sucker punch. Practically a religious experience.

Dozens of times and I get no bored of watching this video since it was released. Awesome pixelart with a great music. All PaulR art is incredible.

This... is... simply... the best pixel art animation ever!

I think it's hard how it takes about 9 years to make the animation, and it only has 126k views. It should have a million, or more. 🇧🇷

Paul, was KoP4B% inspired by the Daicon III and IV opening animated film reels? Because it feels the same kind of epic nod to video game fandom that DAICON Film's insane character/universe mashups were to animation in the early 80s. And that is, honestly, one of the highest compliments I can give. The DAICON Openings, especially Daicon IV, and KoP4B% both give me goosebumps when I watch them. So good! I've been a huge fan of KoP4B% since someone shared it with me back in, what, like 2006 or 2007? Anyway, just came here as an aging nerd who still remembers life before home computers, video games and cable television, but grew up with all of them, who has deep respect for what you accomplished here. Hope you've been able to make a career of your creativity without compromising it. That's all anyone in art and design can hope for. Cheers!
