Lions are the mammal with the highest prey to predator size ratio, they are able to take down prey over 3 times their own body weight single handedly, as well as having the loudest roar of any land animal. A male lion has been recorded to be able to pull with a force over that of 1,500 lbs. they truly are the king of beasts.
