Nice! Great work. I love watching artisanal craftsmen show their process, and I especially appreciate it when they show their errors yet continue on with their work undeterred. Anyone should be proud to own one of your rebinds, and I know that the quality will only improve over time. I look forward to seeing what you do with that first text block.

So much great stuff in this video. The gold leaf gilding , mine still very inconsistent glowforge work, weighing the need/advantages, would love to see more. the book press , did you make that yourself? I’m trying to design/make one similar. Great video. Loved this.

Thank you! We really appreciate it! We did make the press and we do sell them 😉 as far as the Glowforge….. we’ve upgraded to a thunder laser as well, and it’s superior in every way, but the price tag is out of control but for us, it was worth it. That being said we’ve used a cheap $200 Sculpfun S6, for simple engraving it’s ok, but if you need a laser I would try to spend as much as your budget would allow, you generally get what you pay for in lasers.
