Haku needs to be in the Hall of Fame asap. There are no hopers in there who achieved nothing yet this man did it all and remains possibly the most respected man in the business. Class act.
See this is living proof of “you never wanna make a nice person mad” right here. You see how humble and kind and open he is? Why piss him off? It’s no wonder why he was gonna eat people’s faces and snatch their eyes out, he was being cool and then...
Haku = real life badass.
I know this man as Meng. I loved him in WCW and never knew until much later that he was known as Haku outside of WCW. He helped put Goldberg over and I’m sure that Bill was very grateful for that. Meng seems like a true gentleman. And to hear him talk about Harley Race is wonderful. Two of the toughest wrestlers that ever came down the pike.

Haku/Meng is such a humble and nice guy. You can see how honored he was to be placed with Race as a young, up and comer in the business...then to be given the blessing by Harley to be the next “King” in the WWF/E. I love how real tough guys are so humble and unassuming

Haku also had a variety of moves that he used only a long time ago,I am more surprised how that’s not talked about much,I remember he used a sit down power bomb that was executed to perfection For a man who could hurt anyone he wanted,Warlord said his kicks could take a man’s head off but when he kicked you full force you never got hurt, that’s skill right there and a true professional!

What a top Notch guy ! I had the opportunity to see King Tonga wrestle when he was the Canadian Heavyweight champion in the 80's . What a superb athlete! His battles with Rick Martel , Dino Bravo, Gino Brito and Raymond Rougeau were classics. All of them were in their early 30's and at their prime ! We were very fortunate to have wrestling of that caliber before all of them got signed by the the major territories.
When what you are admired and respected for is real, you don't need a big mouth. He's the real deal. Respect.
Loved watching him and barbarian as a kid. Faces of fear. That's when wrestling was good, entertaining and had legitimate bad asses working for in the industry

There weren’t many guys Harley would ever lose to as he was old school in a way with the whole”if he can’t beat me in real life I won’t lose to him”attitude Pretty sure that attitude disappeared when he was told to drop the crown to Haku
Haku is the man.
Much respect to Haku
meng was one of my favorite wrestlers in wcw.i loved when he would use the Tongan Death Grip on anyone in the ring and it sucked that they didn't really push him to win any single championships.. they dropped the ball with him.
Meng vs David Flair MUST SEE. Meng smiles during the match!!!!!!
Absolutely LOVE Tonga, such a great guy and very fierce friend to those he would put in his circle!
I saw this man just a few years ago man he's huge still solid you can tell his knees were a little tight of course, but if pushed I can still see this guy clearing a house the great king haku
What a grateful and humble man. He is pure class and I agree with others he should be in the Hall of Fame.
Haku still hitting the ropes like he just started. This man is ageless. And humble & classy to boot.
Yeah that man was my idol...8 years old looking for an autograph in Chicoutimi Centre Georges Vezina early 80s...few of them signed Dino Bravo some other but King Tonga just slapped my pen and paper out of my hand with a reverse slap and went on mumbling not looking at me...he was my idol i will never forget his face even after not seeing him in 40 years.
Everyone talks about Mengs toughness, but I think his humble attitude and overall kind personality are what should define him. He just seems like a great dude, but his badassery overshadows that for most people unfortunately.
He passed the torch to Haku from one tough guy to another
