King Charles III addresses Parliament for first time - BBC News
King Charles III promised to follow the late Queen's "selfless duty" in his first address to both Houses of Parliament as monarch.
The King said Parliament was the "living and breathing instrument of our democracy" as he spoke in front of 900 MPs and peers at Westminster Hall.
It followed condolences from speakers of the House of Commons and Lords.

Beautiful country? A totally broken country, left on its knees, facing its worst crisis and bleakest future since WW2 through the corruption and lack of morals of its leaders and the impotence of its people or institutions to stop them doing what they are doing in plain sight! The Queen has done her last great service…by providing a brief distraction to the Serfs from the misery of what lies ahead for them over the next months, years and decades to come!

Having Her Majesty pass is like having a lifetime torn away. I'm an Australian and I'm not necessarily a Royalist but I don't think I want to become a Republic either. I´m not from the U.K. and have always loved listening to God Save the Queen... it´s not the same with a King replacing her in the anthem. It had such a magic and mysterious aura, I don´t know.
So beautiful. Glad that "nobody" was there to ruin this. King Charles looks regal. Beautiful, beautiful ceremony.
I love both Princess Royal, Anne and Prince Edward. They work hard, and more modestly. I hope he doesn't "retire" both to trim the monarchy. There are other ways to cut expenses other then that. And, I also hope he gives Edward the Duke of Edinburgh title that his mother and father wished for their youngest son. Edward has been so dutiful to all Prince Phillips charities.

You can have them. These are not wonderful traditions, but part of a feudal system that needs to be abolished. The suffering came to millions due to their ancestors, every bit of land they have was stolen, wars they instigated for power and money, enslaving others to grow richer and dominate. Why people ignore the truth about HOW they got their titles and riches is revolting. I do not support an unelected head of state, self-given titles, hereditary roles, wearing medals they have for being a so called royal and people bowing to a human is disgusting. We in the UK are a democracy and there this man is, an adulterer with his ex mistress turned wife sitting on thrones and expecting special treatment all for being born or marrying into it. #REPUBLICUK #NOTMYKING
