Kind Patches: Do Vitamin & Mineral Patches Actually Work?
As someone who loathes swallowing large tablets, especially those hefty Vitamin C ones, I'm always on the lookout for alternatives like powders or sprays. Now, there's a new option: vitamin and mineral patches. After comparing numerous patches (bonus points for being biodegradable), I'm not overly thrilled with the ingredients in some, but this one from Kind Patches stands out as a winner. I've noticed a real difference since using it. With more brands likely to enter this space, I'm excited to see what else launches in the UK.

I ordered some for my boyfriend who sucks at taking oral vitamins lol I'm excited to see how they work.
I bought the sleep and period patches. Too soon to give a full review but I'm hopeful after seeing your review. But I do like the fact you can stick them on and forget about it. Nice review ❤️
