In 2018 we left our city lives in exchange for wellies, nature, fresh air and a more sustainable lifestyle. We moved into a Victorian long farmhouse that was built in 1850 surrounded by rolling hills, ancient oak trees, farmland and beautiful wildlife.
When we moved here, we struggled to put up a shelf between us, but that has all changed. In four short years we have refitted bathrooms, renovated the utility room, upgraded the central heating system, rebuilt the crumbling chimneys, upgraded windows and doors, built sheds and log stores, planted an orchard, built a vegetable garden and gently dragged this beautiful farmhouse into the 21st century. Our two cats, Olive and Leopold, are also along for the ride and they have their own daily adventures.

This truly is a great review! Thanks for the 1month dedicated review!
It's a really great product and does exactly what it promises to do converting kitchen scraps and waste into nutritious compost.
Did I hear right? Elephant grass and Reindeer moss? 😂 I’ll have to Gooogle it! It does look very nice though.
Love it!!! Boo cultivars, though. Straight native species all the way.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
too fast to follow!
Sorry. Had to try and get it in in under 60 seconds.
Great review! I agree that the unit with 2 drawers always looked too small to me. I have 2 air fryers… a Cosori (which I keep on a stand near the kitchen - due to not much counter space) and a Philips that I keep in a closet in the event I want to use both of them. Sometimes I cook a meat in one and a potato or something else in the other one! Works well for me!

I've been considering Greenworks for a leaf vacuum. Your video gave me a little info but I'm looking for an honest evaluation of best suction power between the 48v and 40v systems. Any thoughts? I have to deal with rather large leaves.
Virtually no difference at all. The 48V runs off two 24V batteries and Greenworks’ 24V offering for that platform is extensive so it’ll give more tools to buy and use the 24V batteries.
As an additional point, most blower vacs struggle with large leaves. Leaves like oak and poplar don’t often collect well and can block the pipe and entrance to the collector bag. This is something we’ve experienced across all brands, not just Greenworks.
@@MyHomeFarm Thank you for your input. I already own some Greenworks tools, both are 40v and apparently of different generations as the batteries are not interchangeable. I'm hesitant to invest more on a product that will only work marginally on my leaf problem.
I fully understand. We’ve used 6-7 different blower vacs from different brands and they do collect large leaves but if the leaves are wet (which they typically are in autumn and winter) then they do get “jammed” and stuck because the entry points to the collection bags are quite narrow in relation to an oak or poplar leaf. So you do end up having to clear this quite frequently. We also experienced this with a much more powerful, plugged in Stihl blower vac.
I would agree with the review. I have owned this lawn mower for 2.5years and cut in season once or twice per week, wet and dry without issue. It feels solid and like it will last, it almost feels more professional/commercial than for domestic use.
He's just standing there! MENACINGLY!

Very good information! Thank you!

Btw you can use any Bli battery in your 120ib. The marketing only suggests using lower AH batterys. I use Bli30 and BLi 200x in mine, a lot more range and power. Absolutely zero issues
Thanks for sharing.
Why does the mulch plug get cut grass packed into the outside of mulch plug after cutting grass. Mover is set to mulch and plug is in. 60v self propel
Is this very similar to Storm Dry, which costs the same and has the same properties?
Do you need to reset the wand as well?
No you don’t. You just need to keep an eye on the battery life and recharge it… you don’t get notifications when battery life is low.
Excellent video. Prefect amount of detail and to the point
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching.
I absolutely love making popcorn, and while I can see the benefit to cooking it in the airfryer - I really think it would be much easier for people to make popcorn in a pot on their stove - I'm not trying to come from a privilaged background, but on the stove will take about 3-5 minutes, and much less engery, than in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
We always made our popcorn on the stove in a pot. However, if not monitored properly, the oil can burn the pot, making cleanup a real hassle.
if you don't have it can you still walk?
Not without hobbling very badly and angling my foot outwards to avoid pain.
@@MyHomeFarmdo you still have swelling while wearing that? I have swelling even a month have passed already but I really want that boot if it helps me walk again and go to work
Yes, the swelling is still there, but the boot should be worn sparingly and only when really needed. I've now stopped wearing it, and it's important to do stretching exercises to aid the recovery which my physio instructed me to do, which has really helped for my injury.
i have used this for 3 years. No have problem with the PCB. Not sure how to fix it. Any advice anyone?
Mines is the same without the Bicycle Handle still doesnt know if mines can also work with a Blade wish I knew the Specifics of it all but I did learn how to Switch out the String thanks to you

Have now been using my 520iHT4 for just over a month, fantastic piece of kit. Fitted the tip protector Part No 581 48 35 01. Recommended cleaning the blades with degreaser after use then coating with silicone spray, this prevents sap build-up and keeps blades running freely. Have also fitted piece of black pipe lagging/foam around handle to prevent possible damage when operating next to walls and acts as shock absorber.
How large can the bricks be? My dog his bricks of 14 mm
That should be ok. It’s the smaller sizes that are often more problematic. Our current biscuits/kibbles are around 10mm
Very helpful video which Stihl should have made themselves as how to wind on new line is not clear from the manual. One point not mentioned is that when rotating the white part of the head to wind on the line the black cap can become loose so make sure you check is is tightened before using the device.
Valid add on point. Thank you, and thanks for watching.
How you got to Equip the Blade with it I got the same thing without Bicycle Handle but don't for the Life of me know how to Change the String Attachment

I've got some questions. 1.What happens if we rotate it opposite side of the clock works? My dad bought me a pair of shoes today which i realized they are ecco golf shoes with boa system . Can they be worn daily ?
Rotating them anticlockwise won't do anything. As for golf shoes, if they have a "studs" they won't be very comfortable for everyday use.
@@MyHomeFarm thanks for reply . No they don't have studs and also look very pretty because of it's white color. It's "ecco biom h4 shoe boa" you can check on its website and pls tell me what u think❤
Looks like a good shoe. I’ve not seen any photos of the sole, but if they’re just a normal sole then I don’t see why go can’t wear them daily.
Thank you! Just sorted out my 86 R with your help. I can't believe that the Stihl instructions only deal with assembling the machine and not how to refresh the line. And they don't seem to have their own video to help.
Great to hear the video was helpful. It’s just one of those things manufacturers assume people know how to do, which is not always the case. Happy strimming.
Thank you for such a simple straightforward tutorial !!

I recently got zig zags for 15 minutes in one eye and then a mild headache after. I stopped eating chocolate, no coffee no sugar alcohols and drinking more water. One week and haven't had another one. It literally threw me into a panic attack.
It’s very, very scary. Just keep monitoring what you’re eating and see if you can identify triggers if it happens again to learn things you should avoid doing.
Thanks! This is the first useful video about perimenopause on KZread

In full shade will it survive?
Ours have never done well in full shade. This one is in full sun and loving life.
@@MyHomeFarm I have no other spot for it soo what should i do?
I guess you can try and see what happens if you don’t have a sunny spot.
@@MyHomeFarm il do that
I have a Stiga Estate 384 M with a gas powered Stiga 4 stroke engine. I really like that lawn tractor! It's the same lawn tractor as this one with a gas engine so i can't understand why you say in this video that this electric lawn tractor needs less cleaning than a normal lawn tractor? The grass would get in everywhere anyway, even behind the plastic covers on top of the mower deck on this lawn tractor too. I take services on my Stiga myself so its not so expensive for me to own one with a gas engine. Maybe this electric lawn tractor has some more power and torque but i dont think it is much difference. By the way you can't get these tractors with diesel engines, they only got gas engine or they are electric as your lawn tractor.
Excellent video - really very useful!
Glad it was helpful!
I wish I had watched your video prior to my purchase, as I had difficulty deciding which one (or two 😀) to purchase. However, I ended up ordering the F14 and F6 models, kept the F6, and returned the F14 (just a bit too small for me). My wife said I am obsessed with these and, I think she's right! I love these pruners and like you, will never buy a different brand as long as I live! Thanks for such a great review. I enjoyed your video, and love your accent!
What hight adjustment for what inch grass cut? Thank you.
yeah we never knew a gravel drive could be such a pain to look after, even more so if on a slight slope without good drainage... We're probably gonna let ours grass over, just need to sort out a drain to stop/minimise the winter mud.
haha I felt like idiot when I couldnt figure out how to loosen them :D I was afraid of pulling too much on anything as not to damage something
I was the same which is why I was compelled to make the video. 😂 I tried so many different things until I figured it out. It wasn't hugely intuitive.
Hi, I’ve bought Calla lilies. The most I’ve ever spent for a plant in the grocery store and the leaves just kept turning yellow and yellow and yellow, and I would trim them away and now I dug up the bulbs and they’re on my counter. I’m thinking of just taking decorative pots again and replanting them. They have roots growing out of them. I guess I’ll plant them up. There were quite a few bulbs, maybe eight semi split and trying to get them out of the pot think I might try them again. What do you think, I subscribed
Thanks for the video, how do you feed the line whilst using?
Do you mean getting more line out while strimming?
@@MyHomeFarm yes 👍

STAY AWAY FROM THE S300 MODELL This machine keeps causing us problems. We bought the Stiga S300 to maintain a sports field. - The LEDs are so bright that you are constantly dazzled in darker surroundings - the mechanical dampers make the machine feel very wobbly and unstable - constant beeping noises every time you press a button - a lot of leeway between the steering wheel and the actual controls (almost a handful of movements before the mower turns) - The app makes no sense at all for the device and is designed for robotic mowers - constant switching on and off necessary when the mower is overloaded, has hit an obstacle or simply reaches a performance limit (random event) - On top of that, it stopped working completely pretty much a year after regular use (the standard warranty is 250 hours, we had 35 hours on the machine). No explanation has been found for the error codes, no support from the manufacturer or dealer. It's quite frustrating to pay so much money for a brick. I would highly recommend investing the extra 1000 euros in an Ego cordless lawnmower as you can swap out the batteries between mowings and have them recharged. We are done with Stiga and can only advise against this model.
Can the bike be used without the class and app?
Yes it can. You simply start cycling and then adjust the resistance.
@@MyHomeFarm Thank you🙂

Can tulip bulbs be planted in summer?
Planting tulips in summer is generally not recommended because the bulbs need a cold period to break dormancy and promote flowering.
Is it possible to use/drain this without a hose or not?
Actually it’s better to leave them in the dirt to keep them as long as possible.
Just used this tool for the first time today. Took out two huge overgrown lilac bushes. Love this mini chainsaw!
Yeah. We love it too. It’s brilliant.
Thank you so much!!
