I had the incredible honor to sit down recently with James Bond Author, Kim Sherwood and discuss how she was tasked to expand the Double-0 Universe with rich new characters in her first of 3 books "Double or Nothing".
The title alone is strong but as we talk more I find out that she has found strength in James Bond since she was a young child. She is currently in the final production stages of Book two that is due out hopefully sometime early 2024, as she continues to grow these literary fiction characters and how they mingle through the world of James Bond while remaining their independence through their own challenges, love, and adversities.
My honest reaction is we're entering a whole new era of the James Bond Franchise and I'm very excited to see these types of reinventions unfold through the novels, and hopefully onto the silver screen.

Thank you, so glad you enjoyed the video. She was truly a professional for putting up with me for two hours and I can’t wait to do it all again for book #2. Fingers crossed my home team Spectre makes a. Appearance in there somewhere, but I’m sure she will deliver an epic adventure nonetheless
I love that she named a minor character Bob Simmons. There is no denying that Kim is a Bond fan. I think we need more people like her involved in Bond 26, people who genuinely love the franchise (like what Disney did for star wars by getting in Dave Filoni & Jon Favreau)

Omg! If we can get a Bond TV show around these characters as good as The Mandolorian we will be have struck solid gold my friend.
The Alpine A110 is one of favorite cars. The original 1960's rally car was one my favorites for a long time and when they came out with a modern version I was totally psyched!
