this is actually correct. i saw one where this guy ran a mother and a daughter over at a cross walk, going over 100mph, killing them instantly. the mf judge said he wasn't a threat to society and let him go scott-free.

It's not an excuse, it's a valid reason. There is a certain decorum and requirement from people in a court room. Since you cannot sentence someone who isn't there, the choice is either delay sentencing or stopping them from making noise.

It's a shame that this channel and others, keep using thumbnails and titles that are 100% misleading. It's pretty obvious that this channel and others like it, only care about views.

You can't sentence someone who isn't there. It's a basic legal concept/requirement to require someone to be present when their sentence is delivered. Judges have a certain level of discretion when it comes to maintaining peace and decorum in their court rooms.

If only they had a system in place to hold court remotely 😂 there was another case i saw recently where the defendant was being disruptive and they moved him to another room and would onlu unmute his mic when it was time for him to respond.
