No! You have to see the remainder of her testimony! She never followed 😂through with poor Gabriel, never checked to see if he was still in that same house of horrors, EVEN when he was absent from school for quite a while, and came back to her classroom looking as though someone had tortured and beat him nearly to death (which they finally did.😢). This teacher said she had called all the parties necessary, but not after Gabriel came back to school looking so battered and bruised, with huge chunks of hair cut out of his scalp! I’m sure she’s kind and sweet to the kids, but in a crisis, she’s dumb as a rock. Gabriel needed removed from that snake pit! He was removed a few times, but Pearl could be very loud, rude and demanding.......and she ultimately got him back. WHY? To make him wear dresses in the house, and force her other children to sneak food to him, as he was padlocked in a bloody wooden box at the foot of the adults’ bed. I despise the death penalty, but here’s one case where it’s quite warranted. 😢

Even a mother can abandon her child as long as it's with someone who can take care of them. I don't agree with it, just pointing out how messed up things are. You can't neglect your children, you can't endanger them, but you can abandon them as long as you leave them in the care of another adult. Messed up.

The parents of these monsters should supervise their upbringing from childhood, and not lament now that such crimes have occurred. A deserved fate for raising such monsters.

Not all parents are at fault. Some kids choose to do wrong to fit in. Can't put every person in same basket. Today I think more parents are at fault but not all

I believe that if parents devoted a lot of time to their children, gave a lot of love, showed respect, set boundaries and were friends with their children, talked about problems. They would notice the changes and irregularities that occur as children grow up. When children understand human values and norms, they do not become such monsters. when they are neglected, humiliated, undervalued, then they look for evil and fitting in, as you stated. maintains that in these cases they received a reward from fate for raising their children@@lindaschipansky4429

What you did for your brother was unconditional love. That’s what siblings do. What those people did to Gabriel was intentional. They took his unconditional love for granted. Your brother will forever be with you watching over you. 💕

When the neighbor called 911 at the request of the little boy whose mother is Ruby Franke and he told the 911 operator that the boy was emaciated and had bruises on his legs and duct tape around his ankles, the operator eventually asks, does he need an ambulance? The boy was emaciated and had bruises and duct tape around each ankle, what the hell do you think he needed? And even the neighbor thought he didn't need an ambulance. The neighbor did weep at the sight of the little boy. The trauma alone would have required an ambulance! Oh my God! Even so, thank God for that neighbor and the other neighbor that helped out but that child is one brave boy!

Gabriel hernandez is the perfect example of someones religious beliefs failing a child miserably. He was in a perfectly good home, he has loving dads. HIS WHOLE FAMILY FAILED HIM! My dad and i do not have a great relationship, we hardly speak, but if he knew my son was being abused and i did nothing.. my dad would forcibly take my son away from me, law be damned!
