Mikey: you scored some winners in Austin on the food truck scene. Getting back to your roots! So many wonderful stops from the chicken to the rending! Wish I lived near Austin! And the prices for everything was so, so reasonable! Yes, keep the overhead down & serve big portions at reasonable price is the Forte of the food trucks. What also for me was important is that each of the stops you are at there was seating, albeit in the shade!

As usual looks good.

Damn the last one looks really good, I can feel the tenderness of the beef and chicken just watching it.
