I read this fact from the wiki about how Zenkaiser and Stacaeser, where both of their names allude to Julius Caeser since Kaiser is the German pronunciation while Caeser is the Latin pronunciation. Also, Stacy could be an allusion to Basco, an antagonist in Gokaiger that can summon sixth rangers with his trumpet, the Rapparatta like Stacy being able to summon past sentai teams.

2:53 Twokaizer became my favorite Sentai hero over night because of little things like this.

This show is definitely in my top 5 for all the easter eggs. I especially love the Battle Fever references with Stacaeser.

It wasnt until I saw your thumbnail that I realized Starcaesar and Battle Japan share similar designs, I caught Twokaizer with Gokaigers and Zenkaiger with Akarenger, but Starcaesar went by my head completely

Something I noticed. The human Zenkaigers have the theme naming of -kaizer, while the kikainoids have their designations be their civillian names. Stacey, a human/kikanoid hybrid, does both. Stacaesar, a pormanteau of his real name and Caesar, the latin form of Kaiser

6:30 Though it was only a one time thing, you left out the possibility that they could reenact scenes from their respective series, I’m looking at you Jetman gear.

I think that Zenkaiger is really my number one favorite Sentai series between Gokaiger, Kiramager, and Go-Busters, And the show, episodes, and movies are totally nostalgic of all the 44 Sentai teams, and the sentai gears were also nostalgic too, including the goranger, Jakq, and Jetman gear were really good of their powers, but I could imagine the final episode where Kaito release's all of the Super Sentai worlds, and the all 44 sentai teams appears in portals and help Kaito and his friends (Including zox and Stacy being reform as a good guy) and all of them destroys Tojitendo and the other sentai teams go back to their worlds, Kaito reuniting his parents, and Stacy leaving Kikaitopia to find himself who he is.

8:52 Intentional or not, I love how Sentai shows respect for Power Rangers, since without it most of the world probably would have never know they even existed. And despite the 2017 movie not really being a Toku-Inspired film, I can appreciate the homage still.

Thanks! It was a bit difficult to narrow down pinks, though I remembered MagiKin has two forms. Now I wonder if a Timeranger kikainoid would be red or blue given Timeranger Robo’s Alpha and Beta forms. Heck, maybe even silver because of the Gamma ship form

Well, maybe they’re colors are already set since if you look at the logos or colors that fit on the zenryoukou Zenkai cannon. With fighting power being orange, science power with green, chanbara power with cyan/aqua, space power with purple, and patrol power with a mix of red and blue.

Zenkaiger is an interesting show for me. On one hand, I'm very new to Super Sentai; the only series I've watched all the way through so far is Kyoryuger, and most of my knowledge of other series is from osmosis, or watching the first couple episodes of more recent seasons. However, I can say with confidence that Zenkaiger is my favorite Season so far, with the humor and action being genuinely amazing. Not to mention the fact that some of the ways they reference the past Sentai are so out of the box you can't help but be in awe (anyone who's seen episode 18 knows what I'm talking about.)

Nice vid dude honestly at first zenkaiger was a meh to me but now I really love it's creativity and kinda inspire me to be creative too

FACT: Secchan is voiced by Misato Fukuen, who voiced Miyuki/Cure Happy from Smile PreCure (Emily/Glitter Lucky from Glitter Force) and Kanegon from Ultraman Z.

Sooooo zenkaiger is based on from magiranger, boukenger, zyuranger, gaoranger, goranger and gokaiger? Ok thats strange and interesting. Also thx for information☺️👍

I think Katanar and Rikki being a clash of red and blue reminds me of Goseiger’s Knight Brothers. The weapons they barely use individually also remind me of Kamen Rider 01’s ZAIA SlashRiser and AIMS ShotRiser.

9:26,that's fitting considering the writer - Junko Komura wrote for Go-Onger, writing for Zenkaiger. Hehe.

Really? Now that I think about it, that actually makes sense. I thought it sounded more like Gokaiger’s henshin theme. And after listening to it again, I think it could also be taken as a higher pitched version of Goranger’s 2nd ending theme.

Dino Fury is pretty great. I'll talk about it eventually, but I like how the first few episodes are engaging, yet give you time to really know the characters.

@@hafizmustaqqim527 That’s awesome, but a Varidorin-based form would be much more awesomesauce. Think about it; ZenkaiDorin can combine with the other Zenkaigers and Twokaigers’ mecha. That would bring back the cluster robots we haven’t had since ToQRainbow. ZenkaiDorin would be piloted by ZenKaiser alone just like CrocoDaioh is piloted by TwoKaiser; bringing back nostalgia to when the Red Sentai Rangers have their final personal mecha (Ex: Go-Onger’s Kyoryurest-Oh, Shinkenger’s MogyuDaioh, Ninninja’s Lion Ha-Oh, Zyuohger’s DodekaiOh, and Kirameiger’s Grateful Phoenix.)

Zenkaiger probably going down as one of the best Sentai seasons and it’s not even over yet !!

Me after watching this video: I found out Magine isn't the only thing I love about Zenkaiger

This is most likely a stretch, but Zenkaiju seems to have a few subtle references Super Zenkaizer has two: 1. Zenkaizer goes from white to green, the reverse of Tommy Oliver 2. The team dynamic is now similar to Aka Red's teams, with one Sentai represented by two rangers With Super Twokaizer on the other hand, they now have two Dino Rangers, like how Timeranger has two reds

Something id also like to bring up when it comes to twokaiser, both of the 2 non-gokaiger teams he uses are also the teams gokai silver made use of in one scene in gokaiger (the one where gokai red accidentally gives him kingranger's key instead of shinken gold's)

I love Zenkaiger, looking forward to part 2

That Might be a bit trickey due to the fact that the suits have their sentai's number.... and on top of that Mighty Morphin is the first season of power rangers.... it would be a bit weird to make Zyuran's counterpart second in command when he is actually representing the first season of PR

I think they could do it. My personal pitch would be Zenkaiser's powers based on the white light used to make Tommy's. For the helmets, I'd just replace the numbers in close-up shots. Far away, they probably won't be too notable.

Maybe the helmet / gear numbers could be explained as the order in which the mentor catalogued them, and he visited rangers on other worlds before reaching Earth. Seasons skipped or adapted out of Sentai order would need a further explanation.

Sentai has inspired itself by PR before. For example, they used the S.P.D Battelizer in the Magiranger vs Dekranger movie. Rpm introduced the concept of the spinning wheels on the arms and legs beings close-ranger weapons. They then put that into Gokaiger whenever they transformed into Go-Onger.

7-9-21 It is almost perfect for an anniversary series. It contains returning aspects of the previous series in the form of "Legend Sentai Mecha", the Human Rangers are based upon the First Sentai Rangers (Goranger, JAKQ, and Battle Fever J) and the First major Anniversary Sentai (Gokaiger), and interesting uses of the different powers/abilities. Especially the Love-Based Episode. That was a shot-for-shot recreation.

I believe Crocodaioh is partially a reference to Go-Onger, specifically an allusion to Carrigator. The alligator-based engine had an honorific samurai personality, which is most likely why Cuttaner pilots the Crosskaioh, a vehicle that is mostly crocodile-like. A stretch? Maybe. But, I have a gut-feeling.

Based on that description, I think it could work.

I wanna see a battle fever theme super sentai in this modern era, it would be interesting to see Japan handling cultural diversity.And julio you forgot to mention Zenkaiger is white to make him stand out amongst the red sentai

I used to think Zenkaiger was low cost Gokaiger, huh, maybe nostalgia did blind me after all, this changed my view on Zenkaiger

Zenkaiger is a very funny and cool series

Another thing abkut Riki and Katanar, is both seasons the reoresent had robos which had a Symbol mode that transformed into a small indiviual forms. Granted it's not the Ohranger mecha Riki is referencing directly, but still an interesting connection.

Vroomagine isn’t the first time there has been a pink and blue mech combo with a boxing themed transformation. The first was actually Kyoryujin Macho. This a pretty interesting reference especially since Kyoryujin coincidentally had a baseball form too.

Off topic but what do you think of an animated anthology series focusing on what if scenarios in Power Rangers similar to Marvel's What If?

I think that would be really cool. It could allow Hasbro to explore tons of things the show never did, like if Trini, Zack and Jason never left or if Sky became Red Ranger from the start.

KZread took down my past account but ima just repeat what I said. TwoKaiser’s secondary forms are based off the Gokaiger’s Sixth Ranger first Gokai Changes being KingRanger and ShinkenGold.

I see that this Sentai’s costumes are not like the the 44 Sentai seasons before since they are all unique and different rather than the average lookalike costumes from the past seasons.

What’s even better is the gear they use in the first episode. Zenkaiser uses Zyuohger, the last Sentai anniversary. Zyuran uses Ninninger, which became PR’s 25th season: Ninja Steel.

I actually did not catch Twokaier's music being the Gokaiger theme, that is pretty awesome. I will agree there are a lot of asthetics from past series shown off here, but I can't help feeling like they're doing absolutely nothing with the anniversary aspect as far as the narrative is concerned. I'm not saying they have to copy what Gokaiger did, exactly, but Gokaiger felt like it was a big celebration to the series that came before while this seems to be downplaying it. I want to see past rangers appear and suits that aren't just mindless drones. Hell, start having the gang traverse the multiverse and meeting a team in each episode at this point. Of course, there are a lot of other issues I have with Zenkaiger, such as the lack of a true continuous plot. Everything has felt pretty much like filler at this point. Having them traverse the multiverse could add in a plot point that maybe they have to retrieve some artifact from each world that will restore Kaito's parents or something. Anyway, I'm getting into my personal thoughts of the show when I already do that enough with my own videos. This was very thought out and I loved learning a few pieces I didn't even notice that you did. Nice job!!

Thanks, bro! in a way I kind of agree about how Gokaiger was "The" anniversary. In a way, it went so hard that other toku anniversaries seem kind of small in comparison. Nowadays when a character returns, their actor also has to come back for it to seem "legit", rather than the voiceovers we got in say the Showa era.

Gokaiger is an even better Anniversary season than Zenkaiger.

I got that one. 0_o It's weird but cool. 8:58,nice. Overall,despite not a lot going on in this season at the moment, I do commend this show for going the other route - fun and imaginative. There are things to love about this show compared to Kamen Rider Saber which honestly...doesn't give a lot in terms of story and characters. Saber feels incomplete compared to the current episodes of Zenkaiger we have. That's sad considering Saber is the 50th anniversary season of Kamen Rider.
