Kierra Sheard, J Moss, And The Clark Sisters Tribute To Dr. Mattie Moss Clark

Ойын-сауық

Dr. Mattie Moss-Clark (March 26, 1925 - September 22, 1994) was an American gospel choir director and the mother of the world-renowned, Grammy award-winning gospel group The Clark Sisters. Clark is also the aunt of renowned Grammy-nominated contemporary Christian recording artist J. Moss.
In 1958, she recorded "Going to Heaven to Meet the King", with the Southwest Michigan State Choir, becoming the first person to commit the sounds of a choir to record. Clark is credited for creating the three-part harmony (separating vocal parts into soprano, alto and tenor), a technique which is prevalent among gospel choirs today. Clark received three gold albums with the Southwest Michigan State Choir, and went on to write and arrange hundreds of songs and recorded over 50 albums. She directed Cadillac Motor Company's Christmas choir for 11 years and also conducted community-wide mass choirs for the prestigious NAACP Freedom Fund Dinners. The Bishop J.O. Patterson appointed Clark as International President of the Music Department in 1968. Clark worked to instill within musicians and choirs a responsibility to Christ as well as capability for Christ.

Denise said in her intervjews who reached out to her. She even stated she did not want to be apart of deception. And their mother her legacy did not approve of the hair coloring, etc. . Feel like theu compromised somehow. And it like they ignore her. So how can they preach the word and not live it with their sister. They even have a brother out here and dont even see nor talk to him. He wasnt even told about any of these events ahead of time. People say things to please a crowd. All need deliverance. And if they forgave each other like she said to them.in her first interview.... on Larry Reid Live... she asked for forgiveness and told them all she forgave them. But the actions need to meet up with the talk on they end. Dorinda was preaching out here and even admitted they need to do better in connecting with each other. Know where each other live but wont even visit. Shame on them..

@@myrtlemarshall526 The door was opened when the movie and interviews came out. So all everyone goes by is what they see n hear and form their own opinions. The whole family need healing and prayer. They are shining lights in a dark n dreary world we live. The family was one of our royal families in the Church of God In Christ. So the opinions and statements of others come with the territory. Im tired of the facades myself. So i just pray for them. But they still should have included her in the tribute. Singing or not. She was her momma too. I love mom Denise. I pray she is alright. I pray she is healing. You didnt even see their brother Leo. It should be a family affair period.

I am just saying we as the public does not know what has conspired between them. We don't know if she said no thank you, or if she knew about it we just don't know. We can speculate all we want. But until both sides sit down and talk it out, it will never . But God and them

@@myrtlemarshall526 How would you know if anyone had talked to her? I actually did during all of this. During her interviews with Larry Reid and everything. She is one of my spiritual moms in the Gospel. She is hurt. Deeply wounded. It is apparent that for years folls been asking. And if you heard the interviews in her own voice say why things are the way they are then you would see why my response is the way it is. Dr Clark would not have this going on between all.of them to this day. Those that know them know for sure that alot of whats happening would never have happened had she still been here. Family dynamics play a big part. What was done behind closed doors we know now. It has been exposed. The lies uncovered. Even when she asked them for forgiveness and said she had forgiven them. I think people forget about those parts of what actually happened on the interviews. The sisters have been avoiding talking about denise for many years. Denise had kept quiet all this time and now she felt like God released her to say what she had to say. Even before the movie. Her son Larry even got on here and stated what he knew to be true and verified his mom was not lying. They being careful. Its their business to be careful with..my opinions are backed up with facts of what i know for sure. If I dont know it would be stated. But im not the enemy. The devil is. And where thers confusion he started it. Reason unknown to the lot of us there are conversations between them whenever they do talk. Bishop Sheard did interview about the movie too. I saw all the interviews of them.all. i paid attention. As stated in the church what would have been right is if they made sure she knew she qould have done something to honor her mom. She stated over and over again that she does not want to be apart of the facade and lies being told to.the public. She feel we as a body are being decieved and have been for years. It not just them.we been decieved by. Alot of gospel artists that we have listened to over the years their sins are being uncovered. And we been led by example over the years... decieved by many.... around times different songs came out what was happening at the time. All.of that. It is a wonder we all still have peace of mind. But i get you. I do. Im not the enemy though. I stand on whomever is right. The truth. I dont pick favorites. But they threw her under the bus. Plenty times. And its time to stop faking the funk. The funk is very real. So is God. And he will get whomever wrong.
