Mujhe bhi left kidney ke just upar hi dard kar raha hai... Saans lete waqt ... Aur jab complete breathing lene ki kosis karta hun to aisa lagta hai ki wanha pe sui ki jagah chubh raha ho... Kya kare 🤔❓ samajh me nahi aa raha hai Dard se aaram kaise mile🤔❓

Very nicely explained. I wanted to ask is the ultrasound sufficient to confirm whether the cyst is simple or complex? Are these two types clearly distinguishable in ultrasound or some other test is required?

Small subcentrimetric cortical cyst noted in upper and polar region sir(atleast 3) in right kidney and a same typenof cyst in lower polar region in left kidney. what does it mean sir?

Sir my child is 7 months old now. During my 28th wks of pregnancy I detected by multiple cystic dysplasia kidney in fetal left kidney only, right fetal kidney was normal.after his birth the size of left kidney was 4.1×2.3cm with multiple simple cortical and medullary cysts was noted all the poles largest size was 10 mm.but after 6 month in ultrasonography left kidney was relatively smaller and multiple small variable cortical cysts.now the size of left kidney is 3.6 cm in length and right kidney is 5.8cm. Please suggest me what can I have to do for my son.

Cystic dysplastic kidney is usually not functioning, it deacteses in size . Nothing to be done

Sir app ki video daikhi me aj normally abdominal ultrasound k Lia Gaya onhon NE ye Likh dia kya es me koi tention wali bat Tu ni report ye ha,Normal in size shape outline and echotexture.hepatorenal contrast is normal with intact corticomedullary distinction .no stone hydronephrosis or hydroureter seen.a cystic lesion seen in middle pole measuring 16x15 mm
