Hi sir mere ko dono kidneys hi polycystic hai. Mai kya kru Edit:- everyone you can follow my reply for questions. Hme bilkul bhi stress nyi lena kush bdi bat nyi hai. Hamari life can be 60-70 years easily. Hame salt kam krna, eggs and Protine limit krna per bilkul bnd nyi krna. Caffeina wali chiz ni khani (like tea chate pati- cocacola- coffee) Ham managed kr sakte hai ese, or kya pta kush k salo me ilaj bhi aa jaye…. future mai baby plan krte time doctor ko jrur btana .Stay positive and happy.

I got also multiple cysts on my both kidneys and im living in Germany even here the doctors don't have any treatment for this. They just said my kidneys function is normal Alhamdulilla. So im also waiting hopefully in future science found some treatment for this✌🙏
