Hello sir, RIGHT KIDNEY: is normal in size (10.7X4.1cm), and shows a large hypochoic rounded soft tissue mass lesion seen arising from lower pole of right kidney and is meas. approx. 5.9X5.5cm. It seen extending till renal medulla. It showing internal areas of calcification and vascularity with in it. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No obvious hydronephrosis / calculus seen. Please tell me ye kyaa ho sakta hai..

A mass of 5 cm in right kidney which is Capsulated

4-5 cysts are of 4-5 mm size and one cyst in the centre of these 4-5 cysts is of 20 mm size and all these are on the right side inside the kidney. After CT scan , some doctors told me that to remove these cysts half of my right kidney would be cut down or else need to go for a robotic surgery. What would you suggest here? Please reply 🙏

Based on this data, I don't think operation is needed. You should consult a urologist with all the reports.

My report says "cyst with multiple thin internal septations ~ 2-3 mm at the junction of upper and mid pole of left kidney.". I get slight pain on left side and pain starts from left waist and goes down in the legs down. The pai is too much. What treatment required Dr. Medicine or surgery.. i am too scared of surgery. Pl reply Dr.

Cause of the pain may be in the spine. This small cyst will no cause this type of pain.

MCDK in a single kidney will not be a major concern provided all other things are alright. Do not worry and keep yourself on regular follow up with your doctor. They will guide you appropriately.

No need to worry about small renal cortical cyst. Just get a regular annual ultrasound scan done. Cause of fever must be something else and it should subside with treatment

Bosniak type II cyst ko अल्ट्रासाउंड फॉलो अप पर रखें। 6 महीने पर करवाते रहें। ज्यादा चिंताजनक बात नही है। यदि पथरी किडनी में रुकावट कर रही है तो उसका उचित ऑपरेशन सही रहेगा।

My mother has polycystic kidney disease. In my ultrasound it is written bilateral cortical kidney cysts of size 30mm and qty less than 5. Should I consider it as normal cyst or a stage of polycystic kidney disease.
