Captain Shuggs it was never released in Japan, although a neat reference to it is when Pit has the 3 sacred treasures, he has a roman suit of armour, like he would in myths and monsters

Always impressive! There were a couple close calls too! I guess I secretly root for the bosses a LITTLE because I refuse to believe you're really as perfect as you are! Does that make me a bad person lol? As a kid, I always loved the trippy neon bubble guy.

The "bubble guy" was pandora, the dogs were twinbellows, dragon-snake was hewdraw, medusa is... medusa, and the green snake was tanatos, a mistranslation of thanatos the death god

+Carlito Jorolan I personal had just a ton of fun with it and can play it over and over agan without getting borred. Great humor, fun game play, great difficulty settings (from 0.1 to 9.0/from insultingly easy to very very hard) and great music. It makes everything right in my opinion.

Mariosjk Plays What's your beef with Uprising? Anytime someone requests it, you always say no. I get it's your opinion and all, but you don't have to announce it everywhere that you obviously have a problem with Uprising. A lot of people including myself love it, and think it's an amazing game. You don't have to feel the same way (Even if I do think you're missing out), but the least you could do is stop going around on every comment and just saying the same thing, lol.

The final boss was pretty good I like it so much

Getting a hundred 100 on this was such a pain.

This boss rush makes you almost want to take pity on pity....

The 2nd boss looks more as if itw trying to escape from bein savagelly murdered

I have many questions about the Medusa fight and afterwards

I specifically remember as a child from the 80's that the second boss (Hewdraw) is what broke me. Never in my life up to this point had I faced a boss with 200 hitpoints before, because in my puny ass brain that number might as well have been a million. I did not have the patience or willpower to overcome that number so I subsequently got my ass handed me repeatedly to the point where I completely gave up. One of the few NES games I never beat.

You not only beat those bosses without getting hit, but also while seriously underpowered. (Notably, you should easily be doing 5 damage per hit to Pandora, not 3)

+bitchasshoeism Seriosly? I guess if you dont like shooters and love platformers you can find this better. But its still hard to belive that someone could think this way. But when I think of the Medusa fight in Uprising ore Hades this is just ... Ok I have not play the original Kid Icarus and will probaly not do it becuse I dont like plat formers but from a viewer standpoint I would rather watch any bossfight in uprising than this.

Master Slimer I saw it in the fact that both where a wall, shot projectiles from there eye(s), had a worm type minion, and are final bosses (witch the w.o.f is the final boss of easy difficulty.
