Measuring trunk length and width is probably the most underrated thing to do. We only watch because of these measurements. Great job!!!!! Looking forward to the e-vehicle once it comes to the USA🎉😊

Which also is very difficult thing to do with a newly released car since everyone's around it 🥲As much as I always want to make a vid on it, it is very tough without interrupting others, which I always try hard not to do.

This is great. Precisely what we need. Hope you will do the same with the EV5 in due course. Just one additional measurement please - with both rear doors closed, the measurement between the armrests please? And all the same for the Ioniq5!

PHEVs - the motor type we never got in Korea and I think is the best HMGs got to offer! Is the inch measurement good enough or should I also include other measures too, i.e., feet?

Above and beyond as always! I greatly appreciate the detailed trunk measurements! While golf clubs might fit in at an angle, they definitely won't fit laterally in that cutout space. I would need at least 48-49". Maybe Ioniq 5 or 6 or K4 will work.

This is a great video, so helpful to have these detailed measurements enabling a direct comparison to our Niro EV 2022 ( overall slightly smaller volume wise but it’s very close in terms of overall useable space). A very helpful additional measurement and view would be to take out the trunk floor to measure the size of the polystyrene insert ( as this provides an opportunity for significant additional storage space if taken out). It would be great to see this if possible. Thanks!

K4 is not gonna sell in South Korea 😢 cuz Hyundai already sell Elantra in South Korea, and people much prefer small SUVs(like Kona, Niro and Seltos) than C-Seg Sedans. That's so sad but it is true.
The tape measure must have felt exhausted, but also very proud, by having done all this work...

Hey! Love your videos and quality content ! I'm using my current car (prius 2) to fit a 2,87 m long, 60 cm wide longboard inside when I go surfing. It sits from the end of the trunk up to the dashboard with the front passager seat headrest off and fully pushed forward and reclined to touch the backrow passenger seats that are folded on the right side. So I'd be interested in two measurement that might be unusual : right side (for left driving) backrow passengers seat folded width (may it be 1/3 or 2/3 seat configuration on that side), and the most difficult one to do alone, from windshield to back of trunk on the right side, with front passenger seat as flat as possible. I don't mind if you don't do it because I know it's a hassle, but since you asked about other dimensions to take, I couldn't let you down 😅 And I guess it can be useful for people transporting furniture or long pieces of wood. Car I'm most interested to know theses measurements is the Ioniq 5 PE but kinda curious about the EV3 as well. Thanks!

Thank you for your excellent ev-videos. Is it possible to measure the ground clarance to the battery pack on the EV3? We have some bad roads in Norway in the winter, so good ground clearance is important to me when choosing my next car.

Enjoying your detailed video series! I'm curious about one measurement: what is the distance from the door to the driver's seat? I sometimes wear skirts that make it hard to step into cars, and there is some other cars that have seats quite far from the door. I'd like to know if this car is female driver friendly. Thanks❤

I am thinking about changing my 2021 Nissan Qashqai for the EV 3. I like the high driving position of the Qashqai, how does the EV 3 compare on this aspect.

It's been forever since I've seen a Qashqai here in Korea, but given the model year difference and price tag on the two, EV3 will be the winner hands down.

The cutout in the left side of the trunk should be the exact size for a 1US Gallon washer fluid container. Right side wheel arch is where all the electrics come in, yes?

What is the width of the EV3 with mirrors out in mm? How fast does in charge on a rapid charger? What AC charge will it accept 7Kw, 11Kw or 22Kw?

I didn't focus much about it, but there is the haul info left by my viewer in previous video: Towing capacity with 58 kWh battery: 300 kg Towing capacity with 81 kWh battery: 1000 kg Not sure where the info came from, but hope it helps. Remember, it's not from me!

Great job! Thanx. But I have not noticed anything about ground clearance. Another thing to mention. In Turkey Kia every 15k km and Hyundai evs 30k , TOGG has 40k service interval. Why the Kia has not take their hand from our pocket, can you ask them directly for me?

It's very similar to Kia Seltos, so that much smaller compared to Sportage.
Ioniq 6 have spoiled me with amount of leg room on the back seats that I wish this car would have. However I do love all the other features of this car, and would wish to try it out one day. My deal breaker would be the difference in battery in comparison to Ioniq 6, and the price.
On the Kia website it shows there is V2L underneath the middle of the rear seats, at least in some models. Could you look out for it? Thank you I love the EV3. This is going to bankrupt me lol

Yes, indeed, I’d like this measurement too - mainly to know how high that my dog needs to jump, to get into the trunk/boot ! He struggles at the moment with the Soul! ( which is approx 800mm ground to lip of trunk/boot). Thanks for all your work CSKorea! Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪 ☘️!!

Great video. The only other measurement I would love to see is the rear seat height above the floor. Eg. Model 3 is very low, and tall people sit with their knees well above their butts.

I'm guessing the bonnet and tailgate are both aluminium. (as they are on the e-Niro) About half the weight of their steel equivalents.

That's now added to my need-to-measure list.
My guess is that the ground clearance is 16-17cm on the KIA EV3 based on the EV6 data, but everyone i have asked about the data don't know. :-)
