wa- qulu qawlan sadidan 1. 'sad' “سد” in Arabic means to fill in something. To patch up holes in a concrete walls, for instance. Our conversations should be like that; so doesn’t create any further problems, if some already exist, rather fill in that void. Be thoughtful of tone/voice/statements, formulate based on past before speaking. 2. ‘Sud’ also means a dam that separates and mountain (reference to surah yasin and kahf) Speak with knowledge or don’t speak anything. Only speak if you have something positive to contribute to a conversation. 3. Speak straight/clearly so listener can tell where it began and where it ended, unlike tangled cables or ropes where no one can tell where starts and where it ends. Say what you want other to hear; no room for ambiguity. 4. Speak with “purpose”. “Being embarrassed or regretting that you said something is worse than regretting you didn’t say something”

The Prophet became a paragon of Compassion (recalling ‘Hagar at Paran’ desperate to find his people refuge - Genesis 21:8-21). In Medina, His first pronouncement was “to defend the Jewish communities from any of its enemies,” and declaring Medina to be “one town of many faiths” -- a profound and unusual gesture of pluralism and tolerance. Mohammed was considered a “rahmah,” a Mercy and, taking Jesus as a template, He was addressed as “habib Allah,” the beloved of God. Amen.....

I am a white guy who was raised Christian in America who ended up living overseas and married a Thai Muslim woman. I’m trying my best to learn her religion and currently don’t have a real relationship with any god. Thank you for your teachings as I’m trying to do my best to understand. I come from a extremely conservative family which seems to connect with a few view points of Islam that I really agree with like covering of body, but I’m having issues with the phrase “slave” to allah. I’d like to have a religion and wish I had someone in my life to talk to. My wife wants me to convert but doesn’t even cover herself or follow a few other main “rules if you will” i don’t know how to accept Islam into my heart if she doesn’t even try to follow the rules. I’m lost

ur curiousity towards islam is already a huge step towards knowing more about it or even further becoming a muslim . if u want to learn more you should reach for a professional consouling "an imam" . ur wife doesnt hve to be the perfect example to represent islam and its teachings witch does make her a bad muslim necessarly . i sujest you both learn more about islam as a journey tht u both might learn a lot from .

@ramadan7621

May Allah guide you. i request you to read the Quran and try to complete it and InshaAllah things will change and as for your question about slave , i know the word slave has connotations to it and is a darkened word by the history but when you understand what is to be a slave of Allah (SWT), it is a form of slavery which frees one from any other form of slavery in the world. That if a person viewed the Creator of the universe as his or her Master, they will never be a slave to man, money, or desires. The only cure for this is knowing your Creator, and how to submit to His will. Allah SWT is the Absolute Owner and Master of everything that is in existence. He Created everything, thus all of His created beings are in effect His slaves and i was watching a video related to this before reading your comment and suggest you watch it as it is somewhat related kzread.info/dash/bejne/loeCj9ZyiLytYpc.html hope you find it beneficial.

NOTES FROM THIS VIDEO ⭕Al-Qaul as sadeed ⭕القول السدید 📍In arabic it means/used for: 🔻Fixing a wall that has holes. (Somebody has hurt someone that's why they are sad,angry,frustrated so your talk to them should be something to fix that hole in them,not make them more angry .not the one who pokes holes in ppl's heart. Your purpose in argument should not putting someone else down or making them look stupid and wrong you should come to the conclusions and find a solution.the example of this is beautiful given in: 9:42 ) 🔻A wall that cannot be penetrated Massive mountains are also called "sud" (Like the wall built for yajooj majooj is called with this word. A wall that cannot be penetrated, dont say something u dont have knowledge of. Your argument becomes weak when u say something u dont have any knowledge about, ppl can easily mock down your arguments.your talk can create fitnah in society if u say about Islam which you do not do.speak articulate words so that there is no rule for ambiguity. Example: 17:06 . positive example: 18:15) 🔻An arrow that is straight (Just like when an arrow is completely straight, it goes to its destination correctly. And you know where the arrow starts and where it ends cz its straight it is not like a cable or handfree wire, it is straight, so your talk should be as straight as an arrow so that ppl know why are you saying something and what are you saying. They can understand the points that your discussing and they should be related to the arguments/talk. When Allah expects us to speak then we should speak clear and logical . Example: 21:10 ) 🔻Speech that has a purpose (When we speak we should have a purpose very clearly in our minds. Our purpose should be beneficial and accurate. We have to think ahead of our words. Example: 23:05)
