Some women “forget and forgive” so easily because they dissociate both in the relationship in order to preserve the relationship and out of the relationship to cope with the pain. It’s a defense mechanism that your mind does so that you can survive the trauma you are enduring. It doesn’t mean that trauma just goes away, it just means it’s existing in the subconscious mind.. it takes considerable work to detach from relationships like this and then actively heal afterwards. That’s why she cannot appear angry. She’s been conditioned and made used to this level of disrespect.

Forgiving is a a sign of self-esteem issue, and the defence mechanism works by avoiding conflicts which also could be related to the same issue.

I told myself that one day I want to become the most relaxed person that I know. Maybe I am not Nr 1, but after 2 years of work on myself, I have never been more unbothered than now. Now my ambition is to become the least forgiving woman that I know - to those who don't deserve forgiveness but still come around and say "You should be more forgiving"... Nope, mister, I shan't.

For a lot of women caught up in the New Age " twin flame " cult, the belief is that a woman must offer up some insane thing called " unconditional love " . Forgivness is an invitation . Only parents should " love unconditionally "

Ladies the most important thing in life is your sanity and well being. This type of love is horrible for women. It ages you so much.I don’t know how Khloe can handle how stupid trashton is. I wanted to smack the smile on his face when he was talking about his cheating. He will pay when his kids find out what he did.

He cheated on his ex girlfriend who was pregnant by the time with Khloe, she was content back then by his behaviour. Now, she wants to cry and complain😂😂😂 karma is real. We' re all spiritually connected, what they did only did it to themselves. That's why you treat people how you want to be treated. The energy we put out is the one that comes right back to us.

An apology after someone does something so horrible doesn’t help with healing. The apology is more for them to alleviate their guilt. You don’t need an apology for closure bc they should not have don’t what they did in the first place. Now even if you do get an apology you still have to do years of costly therapy to get to a healing place for giving yourself and forgiving the person who did you wrong

4:32 listen I usually never ever let my anger out with the guy, I’ve learnt that even if I did & things got better or stuck it out I become detached. If he cheats or disrespects you in a way that validates anger I honestly recommend leaving instantly. Some girls wilddd out & I feel them cause I was there once too but it never ends well. Walk away, get angry once it’s done than heal. Saves you so much embarrassment & strength. Key point: leave
