back when al leiter was the ace on the mets, i was amazed at how smart and full of detailed information he was even during regular post-game interviews. im glad he continued sticking with baseball after his pitching career ended. hes a lot of fun to listen to and pedro is just as awesome.

As a Yanks fan, I hated Pedro. But, now, as a student of the game, I love the man almost as much as I respect him. Al's pretty cool, too. What a great video

Was a huge Yanks fan all through Pedro's active career; there were def nights where I hated the guy as a fan of my team but absolutely loved him as a fan of baseball. His mental toughness and "I do not give a sht what you think I'm going to win any way I can" attitude, just going hard every inning every pitch, can only be admired. He strikes me as the kind of guy who would have ended up in the "winner" pile in life no matter what he ended up doing.

I've noticed in all of these broadcasts that all the guys for the most part are wearing generic wilson gloves. They must have a ben full of the things in the dugout.

pedro is the great. he tries to ride the hill. tremendous balance , leg strength and athleticism to it right. most people lean back. Jake deGrom is another great athlete who rides the hill.

Only how to be a starter. When Pedro was with the dodgers he was reliever. If the Dodgers would have let him Start games he could have been even better. Dodgers taught him his whole mechanics how to pitch

I love big leaguers talking about what they didn’t do. Pedro didn’t land “Soft”. He also didn’t “Balance Point”
