I did really enjoy the Planet America Archive segment - would great to see these presented into a full length collection/series?

Why does the song “four dead in Ohio” keep running through my mind?

The key takeaway is the US needs some young, intelligent, thoughtful leaders more interested in furthering their country rather than themselves. I am not holding my breath, that generation seems to have gone missing in action. For a country of 350M this has to be embarassing.

That's what impeachment is for. Democrats didn't believe any criminality in Bragg's NDA case until Trump announced he was running for re-election, how lucky, right? And the thought that the DOJ should have the power to 2nd guess the president's every action and target them after they leave to relitigate and seek a crime for retribution is absolutely not constitutional. It never was. The DOJ was NEVER intended to have the power to interfere in another branch of government's leader, but you know who does? Congress with Impeachment (Which removes immunity upon conviction).

But he can't? A president still can't murder, that was clear if you heard the hearing instead of relying on propagandists to tell you what to think. And he'd still be impeached for it, and impeachment removes immunity upon conviction - thus he'd then be criminally charged. Yes, the constitution is complicated, but I promise if you put a little effort in and listen to the hearing you will understand it much better.

I think the Supreme Court knows trump is going to lose.

Lose what exactly? The criminal cases are doomed to fail on appeal (because a fair trial initially simply isn't possible until the higher courts) and Trump's poll numbers increased after each indictment and leads Biden in them.
