I'm one of those people lol. If I'm genuinely cold I'll throw more clothes on, but generally if it's above 20 degrees fahrenheit, it's shorts and a tshirt for me. I catch shit for it all the time from family and it drives me crazy. I'm also a bit overweight (270 pound guy) so that probably is why I handle cold better

Hospitals and paramedics don't report drugs. It keeps people who are at risk of dying, from being scared of calling 911
