That is exactly how awful panic attacks are. I've gone to the hospital a couple times when having one, and it's always mildly embarrassing afterwards.

I've been sober and clean for a long while now, it's not even a question, temptation or anything, but man, I always love hearing and talking crazy drug stories. Starrcade 97 was such a clustermess. Nash vs giant was a huge co main event that never even happened. On top of the stupid ending of the main event. It was the first major loss for wcw after dominated for 2 years. Looking back the beginning of the end.

Nash had a whiter as it was called when I was young in the 90s. Nothing to be ashamed of. Genuinely everyone gets one sooner or later even legend Howard Marx had them.

Why did they call him back though? The hospital said he was good the night of so why the call back. I legitimately think they knew he was rich and could run up an astronomical bill on him so called him in for no reason. The American Healthcare system is evil.

Is it just me or does he seem to be Soma'd here? Now, as a fan, I know he is not, because he keeps it 100, if he was on Somas, he'd probably pop them on camera,. But, he definitely smoked some good shit. I'd love to hear his go to bud, or does he mix it up depending on his schedule that day. This is definitely the aftermath of a big ass bowl.

He's been on Xanax since the 90s, and I think he upped his dose when Scott and his son died. This isn't a soma thing. It's a benzo thing.

So what was the problem too many different things you took or what.

And this is another reason why WCW went out of business. Their stars were too busy getting high and wasted to show up on shows including big PPV’s like Starrcade

Nash broke a nail when he was painting them red. He sucks at lying. Hogan didn't teach him very well

The most disappointing main event in wrestling history.. but on the brighter side its probably the best build to a match ever

Kevin Nash, you are one of the coolest and most likeable guys in an industry with a lot of dicks. I thought you were probably one of the dicks because of the reputation of the Klique and whispers about you as a booker in WCW. But just seeing you on this podcast and other interviews, I definitely like you a ton more now and am appreciative of you telling all these stories. I've met Nash twice. Dude was down to earth and funny. Dude was just like talking to an old high school friend. I know some people say he's a dick, but he was great to me.

He’s always been good to fans. Kev mentioned it takes a few seconds to take a pic or sign an autograph. But he was a douche to wrestlers. After all, Shawn Michaels was his BFF

WCW were so dumb. They wanted to give away Nash and Giant, and Benoit and Raven on Starrcade. They could have spaced them out until March.

@@My19812011 It's a different situation. 1) The war was on. 2) Starrcade was never seen as WCW's Wrestlemania; it was always Halloween Havoc. This shifted at this ppv, and perhaps the year prior with Hogan and Piper.

Smart move. It was subconsciously Nash the booker. He should never do a job to The Giant, and it allowed them to extend the program. It would have been just another match on the card.

Some of these cuts are ridiculous and skip parts of the story

It was a horrible finish bc Eric wasn't supposed to be in charge in the first place my 9 yr old could've ran WCW better than him .

He didn’t do the job for the Giant by no showing..and the next ppv he beats him ..bc Eric was a wuss

hes lieing about staying there 24 hours. bc every time he says that he looks up or to the side
