I just feel like coming over there and indulge in those therapies. What an healthy environment and how healthy food.

7:46 Hi, That herb comes in different flavours. Its basically a tree's shavings( wooden shavings). It's name is 'Karingali'.It comes sometimes as small wooden pieces, sometimes as powder in packets. It is basically in brown, pink or purple color.

Very nice documentary but nothing on how much approximate price range of staying there for therapy and wellness. That didn't help anyone who might have been interested to book. It didn't even help the wellness centre it just showed some quick glimpses of what she did only. The massage girls look overworked they are beautifying other women but their own nails are in a bad shape I noticed. But it can improve if workers are valued and treated well and asked to show up well groomed they need days off to recharge too.

Such an important observation. The massage girls looking overworked and not thoroughly cared for, like they care for others is something that would be a cause for concern. Every human is equal and deserves nourishment, love, respect and health. If they have no time for themselves for self care, this isn’t going to be a very healing and pure energy exchange. I do not want to deplete someone further for my own personal gain. We are all here to help and heal each other and the staff should be as well looked after as the patients. However from this video alone I don’t think you can conclude that because the girls don’t have well groomed nails, that they are overworked and lacking in time for self care. But it’s a valid point

That last eye treatment just touched my heart deeper 💓💓 i really like it 🥰🥰

The pink colour of drinking water is because its boiled with "padhimugham" which is a medicinal tree's bark. I dont know its benefits but its common in kerala to drink water boiled with "padhimugham".(its also called karingali and daahashamini)

Hi, just loved this video of yours. It was mindblowing fab video I must say. The best part I loved is the massage they did, the way they did, the points they used on your body to do massage juz loved that, the ingredients that you showed, the equipment's they used which I really loved, every bit minute detail regarding massage was way too good. Then I also loved that part where you showed how its made was really awesome. Everything regarding massage, every bit of it educated me much more coz I am also a masseur myself. So thanks to you for showing so much of indepth details about ingredients they used for the massage. I have ordered some of them. When I studied those things they are way too good. I wish if there was a branch of them in Mumbai. Loved the back of the knee massage, eye box steam and how they did marvelous. I think this is the 1st video of your life time that you have showed so many various massage styles otherwise not in any videos of yours till date you have showed any massage with so much details. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart so much for educating ppl like me who are masseurs and it really helps us a lot to understand some things on how to take care of our customer's body and to handle them gently and what to apply exactly. I have also promoted your this video on my Jewellery business page of FB which has plenty of female followers, I think they would love it. You have nailed everything in it. Love you for that. I had been to Kerala recently.. done Kerala potali massage .. Ayurvedic steam bath . But I wanted a dedicated Ayurvedic centre with food and stay . Next time I will plan this or some other centre to detox internally & external. Excellent content .. nicely covered and explained . Keep it up .. they should avoid giving oil fried papads .. not good for health will increase our cholesterol level Some of the best Ayurvedic treatments are … 1. Shirodhara 2. Panch Karma . 3. Hi Shweta since I been watching your treatment on kerala, I searched so hard to find someone in my city of uk, and after so long I finally found someone I had the same head massage, massage potli and box steam I really enjoyed it omg I'm feeling so sleepy and I feel this is the treatment for me. I only wanted to come to kerala but due to circumstances I can't yet. But I had these treatment same as you except the ghee for the eyes, and your right you don't get burnt or too hot it was perfect, I'm having the shoradara hopefully in couple of days, I was told that you need to have these treatments for 7 days each day, it is hard for me to do that but I'm gona try after tomorrow. Because I felt so good in one treatment.

One must undergo a 21 days treatment to be fully blessed with the wonderful experience of Ayurveda, where you can enjoy Abhyanga, Dhara, Udhwarthana, Vasti, Vamana, Swedana, Kizhi, Rakthadosha, etc etc and you will feel like reborn and the effects will last for an year, protecting your mind and body, drastically reducing obesity and innumerable other benefits. I used to it almost every year. There is no other rejuvenating treatment in the world better than Ayurveda.

Starts from 19k.. Room tariff starts 4k perday, she stayed for 7 days so I dont think it will be only 19k.. 🤷‍♀️

Actually tariff varies in their website... It's costing around 30 thousand minimum.... Just go check their website

All those greenery...yoga...food...massages all looks very satisfying and calming but I dn't know why the continuous flow of buttermilk...milk...ghee during treatments just ache my heart. Just seems like a lots of unneccesary food wastage.

I would love to see more of this
