She’s suing not only because they violated their NDAs, but they put out a narrative that she participated in revenge porn that may not be the case and because of them doing so, it got her suspended since it spreaded like wildfire. We haven’t seen the pictures yet, but either way, those bloggers violated their contracts and they are open to lawsuits as well because they leaked it.

They checked their company’s code of conduct and ethics, her contract and got approval from HR and legal to move forward with termination.
