The only exception are the ones who leave a Bravo show and still keep working for the network (for example Lisa Vanderpump, Porsha, Vicky G, Cynthia, Kim Z, etc). You have to keep working for the network so you are in sight and KNOW when it is time for you to leave.

Kenya may have gone too far if the allegations are true, but I am still a fan. She has always brought memorable moments to RHOA and is spot on with her carries. Some people don't like her for this reason, but she always has the receipts and is unapologetic about delivering them.

The Bravo producers seem to be little demons REALLY thirsty, manipulative, and ruthless for a steady paycheck and recognition from Bravo executives at the expense of integrity and real people's lives and character. How Brandi Glanville described it sounds like it hit the nail on the head. They create the villains and then destroy their lives. I am so happy Kenya showed 'em she don't need 'em. She has always been one of favorites Housewives because the girl is SMART!!!!! Kenya, Mariah Huq, Bethenny Frankel, Karen Huger, Erika Jayne, Ashely Darby, Monique Samuels, and Kandi seem to control how they ALLOW the producers to use them. They flip it to work for them and they have their boundaries! They aren't afraid to pushback on the powers-that-be. I respect that.

When doing it for the ratings goes wrong!!!

If Kenya does sue Bravo, she definitely won't return to the franchise.

I love Kenya! I don’t know why some people hate Kenya and act as if this isn’t her job. Realize that if they Don’t create drama or controversy they won’t be paid or return the next season. They are all actors who get paid for stirring up drama. They are alllll messsy!!!! So everyone acting like Kenya is the only one displaying toxic behavior should revisit the show and the purpose of the show

Reality TV is not, NOT a regular work environment. Housewives repeatedly crosses the line, we have lost respect for one another. We can no longer disagree. There is a breakdown in how we speak to one another and it’s old. No JOB is worth being humiliated

Kenya is such an interesting character, I really like her & her personality but she does things like this allegedly which just make no sense. It was so unnecessary!

I haven’t watched RHOATL in YEARS! This is the most interesting thing they have going on for the new season, so letting go of Kenya just adds to the ratings. Firing her is not a negative thing. Kenya was being super messy, per usual, and being the mean girl she is at heart. With all her antics, this was inevitable. And I actually like Kenya, but she has issues.

Reason I’m having a hard time believing it is because Kenya has been boring with the same storyline for years and didn’t seem to mind cause she was getting paid and now she goes too far. She wasn’t seasoned enough to k ow something no this simple? She can’t be that dumb

I have not watched RHOA since the season that Kim Fields was on, and I stopped watching because of Kenya. Kenya is nowhere near Kim's class; she is not worthy to untie Kim's shoes. HOW DARE SHE behave the way she did to Kim. I am so glad they let her go. Now I will watch RHOA again...unless of course, someone else on the show pisses me off...because I don't have to watch any of it!!!

You are so right about that firing if you look back how many people were actually fired from the Housewives

Kenya went too far but I also think someone should have stopped her. Her producer didn't know what she was going to do and should have been like no ma'am we're not doing that. Production. Who was there at the event should have been like nope. Take it down. Like where will the stop gaps to stop something like this from happening and then bring everybody to the table and be like we need to have this memo back out again. All of you need to read this very carefully. We are not doing this or anything of the sort. But the fact that y'all let it go on also makes me side-eye that if this didn't get leaked y'all would have let it ride
