Thanks for your testimony about your grandson. It has been 5 years since we seen our for grand kids, and now our oldest will become a Marine like my daughter and me, this summer. Our in law kids have been a bad deal in our relationship with our grand kids. I smiled as your grandson sat behind the wheel of BlueJay, he will remember that more than any tangible gift. I remember my first ride in a cabover freight shaker, and then I got to drive truck for 20 years. Keep up the great work and videos, as it brings back memories. I did the same thing with my wife's cousins son. Mitchell was already 14 when he was "" King of the industrial park and the roads there. He went on to drive professionally for a few years before joining his brothers in law enforcement. Although he still drives part time. God's blessings for you and your family and the channel. I've been in the process of crossing the valley for a few years. I didn't know what surprise you had waiting for us! Believe me, I was as thrilled as your grandson to go for a ride in Blue Jay! Always brings back memories of my own COE tractors I have driven! God bless and safe travels! Painted white wheels? It's definitely a throw back move! I remember when lot's of trucks had that look!

Two of my uncle's were truck drivers one worked for TIME DC and they other drove for A.P.A.👍

O-H-I-O Porters🇺🇸 Seeing your grandson holding onto that BIG steering wheel sure made me think of some things. I can remember the wheel looking so big at age of 6 when I started driving. Hey, I bet you were so thrilled to have him steer that big rig. Just think of the joy you brought him. I don’t know what the situation was, but God is in control & He answered your prayers! The emotions came across to me as I heard you explaining. Thanks for sharing your heart! I pray that he gets to drive another one of your trucks & hopefully he will be at the Jamboree. Polishing tanks can be so time consuming I’m sure. I still plan on learning that process in the near future. Good job on it. Yes, everything has gone UP! Blessings my friend!🥰😎✌️

Thanks for your inspiration for the up and coming next gen truckers and mechs. This is a tough old world and they can use a leg up. I imagine that a lot of old long time truckers had some nostolgic memories of their first drive sitting between their Dads or older Brothers legs getting to steer down the highway. I know I did in my brothers W22 White hauling cattle up to Lockport, N.Y.in the fall after school let out. Take care, Bill

Psalm 72:12 - “For he will deliver the needy when he cries, the poor also, and him who has no helper.” You are exactly right Dane! You just have to give it to the Lord. Those ruts in our lives can definitely be deep, but we can overcome anything through Christ! Prayer is an amazing thing! You were most definitely joyful riding with your grandson. You could see it all over your face! I think it is great you are saving Grasshopper’s Frame as well! It will definitely be awesome having such originality to a cool truck like that! The tanks on Pistol Pete look great! I would like to recommend that you look into scotchbrite wheels. They are great for cutting down big polished areas and not having to do crazy amounts of sanding. They are very useful on already polished surfaces if youre doing a re finish. Great Video! Thanks for sharing and have a Blessed Week!

The polishing is an art of patience and talent...I have tried it and never seem to achieve the mirror stage..I luckily know a great polisher that treats me well and make my stuff shine...I work harder and pay him...nice job will the kw be done for the show with the new cut off...
