16:17 The year Indiana Fever won the championship, that was an Olympic year. The Fever played the Minnesota Lynx in the finals. Minnesota had three Olympians on that team: Lindsay Whaylen, Maya Moore, Simone Augustus, and their head coach Cheryl Reeves was an assistant. The Fever had one player on the Olympic team who didn't play much, Tamika Catchings. End result, Indiana Fever 2012 WNBA champion, and Tameka Catchings, finals MVP. 😅

LeBron came out about Caitlin Clark. He was mad at the WNBA stars who bad mouthed her during the finals. Three ex-Connecticut superstars are so jealous of her success that they would ruin her coming to the WNBA because of spite. Do they have any idea how much she is worth to the WNBA? What have they done in 20 years to grow the game. NOTHING. THAT'S RIGHT-NOTHING. Her Indiana team will be sold out in days. Every place she goes, they will have a sell out. Perhaps they like making $75,000 a year instead of a million. That's what they are putting into jeopardy with their really stupid comments. Stewart won 4 championships in 4 years on the backs of 12 McDonald 5 star All Americans. Woopie. Caitlin brought Iowa to the top with only her as a 5 star and all her best friends who believed they could make it. A legacy is something else. THey should be honoring her not badmouthing her. Help her achieve what is best for Women's basketball and then they can brag. Until then, be quiet.

I'm new to the NCAA; thanks to Caitlin Clark. I don't know Plum from Adam, but I've been growing a strong dislike for her. I can tell you that Plum and the other Clark haters have turned me off of the WNBA. I'll only be watching games that include Clark. Riddle me this. Last year on April 10, Aliyah Boston is the #1 draft pick for Indiana Fever. First in franchise history. Plays a week in May, named Rookie of the month, wins the same for June and August. Named to the WNBA All-Star team June 25th (only the sixth rookie to accomplish that)! She finishes the season being named WNBA Rookie of the Year; AP Rookie of the Year, and WNBA All-Rookie Team and was added to the roster of the U.S.A. Olympic Team. Her team went from 5-31 losing record(2022) to 13-27 record her rookie year. For all intents, this is Boston's team with a plan to grow the team around her. Then, out of the blue, they get a 1st round pick! What I don't get is Clark's role on that team? Does she take a back seat to Boston, and try to contribute by filling the holes, or do they start from scratch and focus the team around Caitlin, something I would think would be a step back and unfair to Boston. But it is a business. Does fair matter? Why not take that 1st round pick, and, rather than pick Clark, trade it to LA for their 2nd and 4th round picks, and use those to bolster what Boston has started. The love Boston received from the WNBA is strangely lacking and the exact opposite reception to the WNBA for Clark. Having Clark go to Indiana and taking a secondary offensive role would be the best outcome for the WNBA. They could downplay and stifle Clark and keep her from taking the league by storm. I don't believe that the U. S. A. Olympic tryout offer to Clark was sincere. I believe that issue is a dead end and the team has already been decided, minus Caitlin and Griner. I'm not sure why they extended the invitation. You can be sure that Caitlin's WNBA player haters will make sure that she isn't included in the Olympics or the WNBA All-Star games for as long as they are able. As Plum so aptly stated, "Clark should go play the Big3".

They could use this to help the WNBA like how Johnson and Bird did. If Angel Reese wanted to help the league she could stop the extra trash talk. Right now the WNBA is getting help from the NBA to stay alive. They think they should be paid the same as the NBA they have to consistently fill the seats for the owners to come up with that kind of money. 💵💵💵 I know Sheryl Swoopes says she didn’t really earn those record because she had 5 years, no she had less games than Kelsey Plum and Brittney Griner to break all those records. She’s only 22 and only averages 20 shots per game. Why was Larry Bird, Pistol Pete Maravich, and John Stockton allowed to play because they were white and privileged right ?

I don’t get why Paige was player of the year in 2021 when Caitlin who was first team all American and co freshman of the year, and the other co freshman of the year wasn’t Paige btw (apparently you can win player of the year as a freshman but not be one of the two different freshman of the year) Caitlin had better stats then Paige across the board, A LOT BETTER! Paige averaged 18 points per game, Caitlin averaged 27! Paige averaged 4 assists, Caitlin averaged 7! And they both averaged 6 rebounds per game although technically Caitlin edged her there also averaging 5.9 per game to Paige’s 5.8…. So can anyone explain why Paige won player of the year and everyone thought she’d become who Caitlin apparently already was?

@benitojuarez999 okay. I feel embarrassed for people who are too uncomfortable with themselves that they feel the need to be a chameleon to appease anyone. Just be you. Don't fake an accent to fit in. She's from the suburbs and there is nothing wrong with that just as there is nothing wrong with coming from the ghetto.

id like to know when the woke NBA players are going to grow a pair and remove their funding to the WNBA to see them stand on their own finally after 25yrs of being in operation . Then you will see the change of attitude of the players in the WNBA

It’s laughable that people think Caitlin Clark is going to dominate the WNBA next year…. Yall do know Kelsey Plum was breaking records at Washington right??? And you’re smoking meth if you think Caitlin Clark would dominate Kelsey Plum…. Sabrina Ionescu, Briana Stewart, Aja Wilson 0:48 - you taking Caitlin Clark 😂😂😂 and go back in time - Diana Taurasi, Sue Bird, Maya Moore, Candace Parker, Sheryl Swoops……. Caitlin Clark is the JJ Reddick of women’s basketball…. I’m taking any and all legally binding bets that Caitlin as a rookie won’t average what Kelsey or Sabrina did… and don’t talk about “better situations either” - if Caitlin is the 🐐 like you say she is then “situations” are irrelevant….
