There have been small capacity V twins in the past. Yamaha had a Virago 250 and 125 and Honda Valdero 125 and VT250

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on this. We have the QJ version of this available in the US, and I couldn’t believe how cool it looked when I saw it in the showroom. As you say, there’s clearly Sportster styling. Small capacity V-Twins always make me think of the Moto Morini 3 1/2, which I’ve always been enamoured with!

Love the look of this little vtwi, friend, looking forward to your work on it. Channel content is quite unique, you have a rare capacity to not sound like a condescending bike guru that has very set ideas on what is good. You appear to be on a new adventure, with no set agendas, to discover new angles from a relatively inexperienced rider. That is very unintimidating and equally inclusive for ma y folk. It was only after I subscribed and looked at your portfolio that you have some indepth experience from myriad machines a d adventures. This only added to the somewhat humble nature of your presentations.......now that is rare in motorcycle vloggers! So many are, indeed, very know.edgeable and skillfull but they so often then become blase about the privileged opportunities they have and turn what should be our shared excitement of motorcycles into a ho-hum excercise in gleaning as many views as possible, whilst attempting to suck up to every manufacrurer or dealer that shoves a bike under their nose for a few minutes. TMF, Chopsy, Norally, et al have carved hard-earned niches for themselves with particular angles(TMF's massive range of content, Chopsys fat-boy humour, Itchys huge adventures etc) but they can only be copied and it doesnt work. A few, like Nathan, MrDarcy and Stu F have laid their foundation in real-world experience and a passion to inform simple biking enthusiasts with their personal take and every-day lives with bikes. You are doing a very good job of being a real, genuine young man with a keen interest in motorcycling and a passion to impart your thoughts and inspirations. But from a wholly approachable personality that is neither irritatingly confident, nor a clueless rookie with no shareable interests for your audience to relate to. I dont need to be on-board with your opinions(I know full well that if i rode with Chopsy, I'd be in A&E within minutes and I will never have the money or lifestyle to ever join TMF in his ownership panacea, or have the privilege to very often even see the beautiful landscapes that many vloggers take me to in their journeys), but Chopsy never rams his speed skills down my throat, TMF never makes me feel inadequate for his wealth and MrD is always quick to show me how very accessible his and his old mans life can be for me to enjoy a s.ice of. You seem to have harnessed some of the passion, humility and genuine interest and get it on a screen without shoving your talent and experience in my face......in very similar way to the legends mentioned. Excellent work, my friend, keep it up and good luck.

Hi George, this is a really really thoughtful and generous comment, the like of which I haven't had before I honestly can't thank you enough. If there is anything that is going to motivate one to carry on with the channel and persevere then it is comments and feedback like this. Although i must confess I ride an Indian motorcycle, a R.E 350 classic. Thanks crumbly, it's a big development for me yes. Chinese are doing well and even comparing the bikes to 5 years ago there's a dramatic difference. There is a trend with the Chinese makers towards bigger capacities, they've done well in the 125cc/250cc space and now they are scaling up. Exciting times to be a motorcyclist... 😊

Motogb appear to be taking on a good interesting selection of value for money motorcycles . The only problems I can see down the line is spares availability if some or all the models dint sell in sufficient numbers . Also motogb could be biting more off than they can chew ,in an effort to be all things to all riders in their quest for a larger slice of the pie . This could lead to customers being left with lame ducks ,they can’t find parts for , as they suddenly drop models or they become obsolete after only a year or two ,due to model changes . I suppose it depends on the price & if many parts that suffer wear or tear or prone to damage are generic to other models & makes .

You would be hard pressed to find any motorcycle or car that doesn’t source from China . The top Chinese factory’s have all the latest tech & can produce to any build quality & price point required . One of my motorcycles is a Suzuki V Strom 250 DE twin & is built to the same standard as any Japanese built Suzuki I have ever owned & totally reliable. Even RE India probably source some parts from China ,just like HD ,BMW ,Triumph ,Benneli , Aprilla ,Piaggio , Moto Guzzi & many others .
