Keeping Track Of Progress with Chronic Illness
This is one of the weirdest things ever - in fact, I personally still notice myself doing this since my spell of health challenges since my appendectomy a few years ago.
Hope this reminder to celebrate your wins serves you today.

So in line with how I am thinking recently, I feel better for it. More acceptance, appreciating the positives and the gains, what I can do rather than what I can’t do. Making good choices. Turning down opportunities because they don’t fit I right now and feeling the benefits of saying no.
All your snippets are worthwhile to listen to and helpful in my progress towards full recovery.

Many more on the way. 😉 You can also see others on the Instagram account
I love these snippets too and have found learning to say no and put my own wellbeing first, although it can't always be the case, but is definitely making a difference.
Progress?
