u have an intel processor undervolt it and u can undervolt gpu too

If ur laptop have air intake on top then you can attach external fan, search ( laptop cpu fan, on amazon or Flipkart ) but it, then you have to attach a usb to the fan then you can easily control fan with usb, any doubt ask me I’ll help u

Bro obviously the 1st and 2nd results will ve good, u see at first u opened the laptop and cleared the surroundings with a dryer which removed all the dirts inside and secondlycu changed the thermal paste, thirdly u placed it on a cooling pad and the unnecessary part cutting your airflow vents obviously increased the air flow but also allowed an increase in dirt entering your system 😂
