@@TheSwordofra Majority of the stars that appear on this podcast have been B-List celebrities that are well known but are not over the top megastars. Stephen Amell, Welling, Gustin etc. But Keanu is no B-Lister, a lot of fans consider him to be in the "GOAT" catagory of the industry. He's probably the biggest star that Michael has even had on the show. To have someone with his legendary status come on would be a tremendous honor and success.

When I saw the thumbnail I really thought this was going to be a 'Keanu and his friends that we won't mention too much' type of interview you usually on late night shows. But Michael, you nailed it. You really interviewed the band as a whole, so that was fantastic.

I don't think he'll do individual interviews like that. As you see here he is not the classic Hollywood narcissist. Rosenbaum is amazing at talking with people as people. Not just as stars. Theres no 15 minutes ad breaks and they can just talk. That is probably how Dogstar was booked. 😊

That was the most genuine I’ve ever seen Keanu when he talked about how he internalises his mental health. Such a refreshing way to see him outside of the manufactured movie star on a chat show or red carpet.

I didn’t know Dogstar as a band. So I found out in KZread. I like this kind of music! The guitars and the drums are so good, that I want to hear more. And now these podcast with this three guys was awesome and enjoyable. Thank you Michael for this! 🖖💖 every things turn around - overhang - Dillon street and breach are my favorites. The solos at the beginning are the best ever! This is solid rock I like.👍

@@charisma-hornum-fries I was surprised, I didn’t know that band. I had never heard about them. Maybe because I live in Europe? But the podcast came up and now I’m a huge fan. I didn’t like Rock before I got older. Rolling Stones, ACDC and similar bands I like to hear nowadays. Also the songs at the playlists of Supernatural!

This was a really great episode. I wasn't aware Keanu had a band, but I'm always interested in learning about new artists so I'll have to check them out a little more. It seems like they're really serious about their music, I know sometimes actors do bands as a hobby because they have the money and influence, but these guys seem like serious artists. Respect to them and I really appreciate just how far Michael went to make sure they were comfortable and had a good time. It did not go unnoticed by regular watchers of the podcast, just how different this episode was in terms of content, questions, format, etc. But truly, great job and happy holidays! 🎄🎁

I worked on an independent movie called Thumbsucker with Keanu Reeves and he was as kind as can be to me. He even said, "Catch ya later Geoff." Good times, great band and interview. 🍺😺

Right lol im pretty sure 60% of the reason he joined that game was the fact he got to be in a band in the game too. I could be wrong but i think i remember an interview where someone asked him 1 Cyberpunk question. And it was like his favorite part of the script. And he just said "I got to be in a band. Just like in real life. Dogstar check us out sometime." First time i knew he was even in a band. Not really my cup of tea but i can love the passion for music.

Amazing I'm so happy for Keanu and the guys many memories from the way back. I have always loved Keanu since I was 14 years old now I'm turning 59 soon. Ok grew up many miles away but I have a Hope Chest full of memories of everything Keanu for 44 years. He is so talented and kind just completely real genuinely. My first crush and truthfully no one holds a candle to Keanu in my eyes. I have kept him in my heart and prayers a lifetime through his sad and amazing times both. I pray to meet him someday I want give up. I love seeing him play base again he still rock's and he looks so happy. I love motorcycles too and back in the day like in teen magazine's then even some social media I still comment on waiting to go on a motorcycle ride and talk then listen to Keanu play guitar and sing because I love his voice. That would be the perfect date very sweet and simple. I appreciate all of Keanu's hard work and dedication to the world his fans and friends. His heart and soul is so humble and kind. I love his beautiful eyes there like windows to his beautiful soul. I thank God for such a blessing spending extra time creating Keanu. God bless Dogstar and Keanu bountifully and enjoy and have a funtastic life. Excited to y'all in concert ..... totally love you guys. Keanu is such a big star now that it's hard to see him as a regular real person. This guy is a fame machine and he just keeps going. That's admirable. Whatever happens in your life you have to keep going. That's what he does, and all I hear is good stories about him.

I have a Dogstar story. They played my small North Dakota hometown back in the late 90’s. I think it’s safe to say the crowd came to see Keanu, but they took the stage and there was two guys that clearly were not Keanu and another guy with a cleanly shaved head and no eyebrows. Okay I guess that’s what he’s doing…A year or whatever later when the Matrix came out it all made sense. Side note. We had really bad winter weather that day and flights were cancelled. Keanu chartered a private jet so that Dogstar would make the show. Side side note. There were two Asian girls next to me on the front row rail with like a scrap book full of Keanu stuff. Never seen anything like that before or since.

Undeniably enlightening and fun w/ these guys, this was an awesome holiday gift for viewers! 💙🙏

Michael, I have been watching or listening to your podcast for a number of years now. I stumbled across it after I had started to suffer with agoraphobia and I can't tell you how comforting that someone is willing to have frank discussions about mental health. I have tried to be open about Mt struggles and unfortunately it didn't work out for me. I lost my job 3 months ago after having worked at a company for many years which has destroyed me. But I do hope that one day, mental health will no longer be a stigma and there is a hell of a long way to go in the real world. You talking about it does help me personally feel less alone and my hope is that you influence positive associations with these issues to a wider audience.
