ഞങ്ങൾ കഴിഞ്ഞ 9 വർഷമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ നിന്നും 2013 ൽ വെറും 3000 രൂപയ്ക്കാണ് ബയോഗ്യാസ് പ്ലാന്റ് കിട്ടിയത്. വേസ്റ്റ് ഇടുന്നതനുസരിച്ച് ഗ്യാസ് ലഭിക്കും ശരാശരി ഒന്നു മുതൽ ഒന്നരമണിക്കൂർ വരെ ഗ്യാസ് സ്റ്റാ കത്തിക്കുന്നു - LPG സിലിണ്ടർ 2 മാസം ഉപയോഗിക്കും. ഞങ്ങൾ വീട്ടിൽ 4 പേരാണുള്ളത്.

We installed it after getting feedback from Deepu.From last 1 year we are using it.We are satisfied.There is no bad smell or mosquito issue.Their are always at our service even after installation. We have seen biogas plant installed by another company in our relative's home which is having mosquito issue.

As said we get high pressure gas....what are safety of this plant ...since its full sealed how this high pressure released...if it not used for some days....water jacket plants are low pressure plants so high safety now required...no where mentioned about the safety...such as tank holding pressure.. relief v/v req. Or not etc...pls comment on this

Very important. While opening the funnel for charging won't the gas leak the pressure away?. When the slurry pipe is always open how pressure is created in the tank for delivery?

Slurry pipe is in downward slanting direction inside the plant. We are seeing only the visible part which is horizontal. Slurry outlet will be below gas tank only, above digester.

This kind of videos are really very very useful for everyone and need to promote too. Actually I had no idea about biogas but through this video it's resolved. I have one doubt is that, the slarey which is falling in the bucket.....will cause any bad smell or mosquitoes can breed. Apart from that it's excellent, by installing biogas three are the benefits......gas waste management and manure.

It's cost is around 3000 RS n extra cost for pipe length n installation may come around 4500 RS, shown piece is about 1000 litres enough for 3 to 5 ppl saving 50% on LPG
