Juste un petit conseil , éviter le tournevis pour enlever la culasse et le cylindre (le plan de joint appréciera ) , un simple maillet suffit pour décoller le plan de joint , puis ensuite tirer à la main . A part celà merci et bravo pour ce très beau travail .

1 liter petrol is not 2000 rupees that you need to work with 50 ml of dirty petrol for cleaning parts also, you guys reuse worn out parts and do not adjust clearance. keep using same valve shims as well.

Just a recommendation: using a hammer to remove the wrist pin can easily pre-damage the lower con rod bearing and is also bad for the con rod. (I am staff member of the biggest German motorcycle-brand; the drive train is my business)
