This is NOT good basketball atmosphere... this is a band of criminals (organized hooligans) cursing families and saying despicable things... same criminals that throw molotov cocktails with the coverage of the owners of the clubs and are there to be the private army of some rich guy who wants to threaten and control the political system... but yeah... what a fantastic basketball atmosphere... sure... let's keep hiding the criminals, the world will be a better place for it, right? We will remember this game and these series overall for many years. Basketball at its finest. Big respect to Monaco and Mike James, it takes a lot to survive in that atmosphere. But Olympiakos deserved this final 4 from start to finish.

This was the loudest gym i've ever been in, the energy in that arena carried Olympiakos through to the Final 4. Was a fitting last Euroleague game at home for Printezis also since he is probably retiring this season

I thought Monaco lost? Im confused. Who is Olympiacos? Greek? And there is more than one Greek team? I honestly think their passion like in THEIR SOCCER is tied to Nationalism. Just sayin. Boston vs Golden State can't evoke that much diff. Now Golden State and Memphis...maybe...lol

Olympiacos only had 2 loses this season in their home court , 1 in the Regular Season and 1 in the Playoffs. True definition of home court advantage

It will never come. Franchises are not clubs and event fans are no live-long supporters, that grew into the love to their club from family tradition, or maybe even played in the youth teams or against their youth teams as a child. It's just a completely different system over here in Europe, that instills passion and love for your club.

Olympiakos and Maccabi were never in final four together but this year it could happen.

I don't see any of those fans on their cell phones. Just a bunch of crazy ass fans going insane. Americans and our athletes are so spoiled... I wish we had this type of atmosphere here. I gotta go to one of these games someday.

Olympiacos power

The atmosphere in European sporting events are so ahead of the US that it’s actually insane. A small basketball stadium with European fans seem louder and more effective towards the game than an whole American football field stands filled with US fans. And the fact that with much more compassionate and crazy fans, European sporting events seem to have less dumb stuff done effecting the events. They also have people running on the the field or the court or throwinf stuff on the pitch but it really seems to effect the game less than it does in America

European Latin American Middle Eastern crowd atmosphere for sporting events is just sooo much more lively than USA/Canada/East Asia ones But... there’s definitely some dumb stuff that happens when it comes to some of the ultras, hard to say which sporting culture is worse in this area

No trust me the atmosphere in places like Greece and Serbia is fantastic but you definitely has things go on that would never happen in the NBA like stabbings, people throwing things at players and benches, very crude and insulting chants about players, lasers at players eyes while shooting free throws and other things. It's a "you take the good with the bad" situation.

Huge HELLO to Greek brothers, from a brother from the NORTH. See you next summer as usual.

Guys, things are simple. In basketball best atmoshere in the world you can find only in Greece, Serbia, Turkey and Maccabi Tel Aviv. I wish you all to live once these atmospheres. Living abroad and jn Greece for Easter holidays we chose to support in the 2nd game that we lost. Knowing it was the toughest. We were there the 3 of us shouting and supporting when the team was 20 pts down and on the root ti defeat. That was when the Faithfull fans gave the squad the massage we are behind them and they will make it though the series. F4 we are the total underdog normally Efes and Barca will be in the final but we like it with bad odds. Rednwhite kisses from The Rock

Lol well obviously. In most Eruoleague games athmosphere is better in regular season then it is in NBA finals.

Nothing compared to the greeks they are the goats

Wish I had some earmuffs for this game, insane atmosphere, I was on the upper sits so couldn't get down with g7 and the rest, but the videos of the players and coach hand to hand with fans singing are amazing.
