The release just pinches the line. The lime pulls out when a fish bites

Those are Offshore Tackle OR-34 mini planer boards.

You fish off of Lake Michigan?if so what state? I'm looking for a fishing bud with a kayak. I have a PA 12'.

I live in Kenosha. You in southern Wisconsin or northern? Reason I'm asking is because as you know Lake Michigan is dangerous and even more so when alone. I'm looking for a fellow angler to go fish with if you're interested. If you aren't then that's cool. Just trying to find some people.
