Please dont get me wrong, but I notice that a lot of people in the States and Australia, NZ, Japan fileting fish. Here, in the Med, we mostly cook or grill the whole fish, without gutts, ofc. We already have a fantastic gas BBQ so he restored and converted it to a wood fired BBQ…had a steel tray fabricated for inside it…you know…just in case there was ever a time we found gas hard to come by… well done team love ya work!

Just got into fishing again after years, got a kayak as well. Heck, I even have a similar van lol. I have a Nissan NV350. That van is very good for camping.
