You have such a great personality. I started watching Kava videos. I watched all of yours, many more than once. I ordered 2 brands of Kava, a ball and muslin bags. You are the best resource that I’ve found. I also have one of those fancy straws from years ago. I’m excited! Thank you!!

Hah, great video man. I do find the joy in a kava flavor profile. Chocolate? Cinnamon? Whew, i love the roots benefits, the flavor of every kava grind i have had has not pleasurable. The benefits are worth the pain😁

And I've got my Bombilla straw here, and now I am going to slam it. lol Kinda my method for that first glass too. Great way to prepare it, I've mostly used an aluball to prepare it--but going to try this way next since you can make more at once. Great tip, thanks!

I have the same thing just came in the mail yesterday I have to say it's one of the least freshest out there It had very little to no effects also

Daniel Hyatt I like all of those guys. I also really like Squanch kava, Canopy Botanicals, Best Fijian Kava, the Kava Depot, Cactus Kava, in Canada the Kavaroots, Tikaram’s kava, the Kava Society of New Zealand, and in Hawaii Kava Kauai and Gourmet Hawaiian kava.

Rob Ramotar I looove kava. Never barfed or even had nausea from it. This is very tasty, easy to drink kava.

How often is it safe to drink Kava? I was reading it can be a bit hard on the liver. Its hard to find good information because everything sights a few studies from early 2000.

Aaron C For almost 4 years now I have been drinking 2 to 4 L a day every day. I get my liver panels done regularly and no problem has ever shown up. However, it is clearly contra indicated to anyone who has a compromised liver. Also certain medications can be a problem. For a healthy person, though, it is a healthy beverage when made in the traditional manner or similar and filtered properly.
