I'm still a newbie to kava (only been drinking for 3 months) but I'm slowly figuring out the right ratios for me, how quickly to drink and what varieties have what effect etc. I truly am so happy I've started drinking kava because that feeling that washes over me is incredible. I wish I had discovered this 15 years ago. Bula!

@@krnewman decent. I first started Kava Kava back in 99 with Kava King, unfortunately they have gone out of business. The price, volume of product, taste and effectiveness was best on market imo. Some day it didn't work for them, but that is all natural products because we are all biologically unique as are individual plants and their location/growing conditions. I made a micronized Kava out of it and was able to get close to 75% of the powder micronized in a few minutes. I know many don't do dairy and you probably wouldn't want to with said situation, but it works great in milk, at least with me. Guitar and a shaker of Kava is a good evening. May you have a good evening too.

@@krnewman tried chocolate milk Kava Kava yet? I grow Kava in my greenhouse and am new to that. My first year...it is a finicky plant when not in it's grow zone.

i tried three, all were excellent. My favourite of theirs is Palarasul. I notice a couple other vendors are selling that strain now, as well. A welcome addition, this breezy, strong Fijian.

How much kava can be to much I've drank like 30 ounces in the last 3 hours and I'm extremely dizzy and weak feeling

It depends entirely on how much dry medium grind it is made from and the water ratio
