My problem isnt even it being "woke". Its them always using the excuse "because men". Its the default excuse everyone uses when their projects flop. Meanwhile Star Wars has had strong women and a diverse cast (its in space with aliens for goodness sake) since its inception. But now its a problem? Hell. Star Wars has a very strong matriarch society that is insanely strong in the force. Its called the Nightsisters. This is just someone who wanted to insert their own fanfic
At this point, if Kathleen Kennedy is involved in something, I automatically write it off as not worth my time.

In a spacefaring society, which Star Wars is, not having men is a choice so the show-runner's premise is not only flawed but stupid. Just like everything else about this pathetic excuse of a story.
I could care less about "woke" shit. But I do agree that Disney has been making some pretty crappy choices for quite some time. They've ruined Star Wars and other movies/shows. I'm with Elon on this one.

Why would anyone care what Elon thinks? Star Wars is too preachy. On that we agree but that’s about it so don’t lump me in with him. He’s exactly the kind of person that Disney accuses the rest of us of being.
