Incredible performance. I've watched it over 30 times along with your other performance with the same orchestra. I currently have a stressful life with a young family, working nights and trying to keep everything afloat. Your performance helps to bring me back to a sustainable equilibrium where I reflect on how blessed my life really is. Thank you.

You weren’t the only one. I only realized when I saw 2018 🤦🏽‍♀️.

I think this is the only cover of this song that I've found in the style of Kate's original version rather than Maxwell's and it makes me so happy because this is SO good. Also this woman's voice is incredibly similar to Kate's. That's really interesting.

I believe that has a lot to do with the fact that Maxwell being a man he singing it too a women's work in honor of, so its different because of that reality.

@@Kelly-just-kelly I respectfully disagree, not because of Maxwell himself but the arrangement becomes commercial, akin to an X Factor final. He has started wonderful voice though.

I really like this version. The orchestra is so delicate.

An absolutely beautiful song that really moves you. It's no easy task to cover this song "The mothers work" by Kate Bush, you're without a doubt the best I've ever heard. :-)

Just brings tears to my eyes everytime as is reminds me of my mum and since her passing I miss her so much. 💔

I was ready to expect something mediocre that missed the mark but I was pleasantly surprised. Taking on anything by Kate Bush, let alone one of her most loved songs, is brave indeed. The purity of the singer’s voice and her ability to convey the sentiment and emotion of Kate’s lyrics was actually quite beautiful. Bravo also to the incredible orchestra, together they created something very magical. I can imagine Kate would have been very happy with this.

I absolutely adore Kate Bush she was my music heroine in my teens way back (and still is) but this beautiful lady has totally nailed this. It is one of my favourite songs of Kates and I’ve never heard anyone sing it as beautiful as Kate, until now. Thank you it’s truly beautiful. 🙏🏼🇬🇧❤️

Wow what a vocal range without any harshness on the high notes and lovely backing from orchestra and choir.

Beautiful tribute to her song. Just wonderful.......lovely voice, and so fantastic to hear it with the orchestra.

What a voice wow

Oh my god. I am one big goosebump listening to this .. this vocalist has such a perfect voice for this song. I would go so far as to say that it is a real “interpretation” in the original sense of the word ... she has taken Kate’s vocal and lovingly internalized it, and then let it come soaring out, uniquely her own creation. Incredible!

Jennie I know I'm a little late to the party here but wanted to say this is a stunning performance!. Kate Bush's songs are incredibly difficult to cover and virtually impossible to "make your own" You haven't made the mistake of trying to do that here, but instead you've built on the original and enhanced it, making it even more sublime. Their are certain artists and/or songs that just shouldn’t be covered, I put Kate in that category with this one exception. Spot on.

This is absolutely beautiful. Jennie’s voice is gorgeous and the orchestra compliments it so well. I never thought I’d find a cover of this that could be on Kate Bush’s level but this? This could well be it.

When I saw there was a cover of This Woman’s Work I thought oh no this isn’t going to work. It’s such a hard song to sing both technically and emotionally but I was blown away with the result. Plus the band as well. I’m sure Kate Bush would love this if she heard it. How could you not.

When watching your amazing performance i wondered how it is possible to face a song like this without being overwhelmed by personal emotion and just start crying. This is the best cover ever.

I first heard this song in the film "She's Having a Baby". I thought it was hauntingly moving then. Over the past year, I have found myself listening to Kate Bush again and I 'rediscovered' this stunning piece of music. I was thrilled when I found this performance too because it's utterly outstanding. My wife has survived cancer twice and we know there are no guarantees. "All the things we should've done though we never did..." just hangs in head. We still have things to do.... And a bonus - I discovered Jennie. Her own work is terrific - I'm listening to Karlek & Makt now - it's excellent!
