Woh dahi Waley aloo banatey hain aur dumaloo bolkey recipe banatey hain. Kashmiri dumaloo main curd nahi dalta hai...bas masaley aur oil ka mishran hota hai. Han dahi dalta hai par woh bhi 1 tbs Tak taki mirchi ka rang aur nikhar k aa jaye.

Maam kasuri methi nhi dalte?

Yes, this is how actually kashmiri dumaloo is made..not in yogurt curry. Addition of spices may vary depending on taste.

I have noticed that lot of oil is used in all the kashmiri dishes
