The Go-Karting track at Phillip Island (Melbourne, Australia) is right next to the actual MotoGP circuit (as you'll notice in the video) and its a mini, 750 meter version of the MotoGP track - with elevations to scale.
I was on a "Tandem" kart with my daughter and it was rev-limited as compared to the regular solo karts (for good reason). So these weren't as fast on the straights as compared to the solo karts but still plenty fun. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Make sure to book in advance, they are quite popular!
