Story 3, OP's stbx gf is a raging narcissist with a fragile ego. She seems like the type of person who would cause a company to lose money just to sabotage a co-worker's career.

4 th story, When a person starts to trash you all the time and enjoys bringing up your past mistakes, she is not far from evil. People like that enjoy hurting others, cut your losses short and get the F out of it. She won't be much of a wife, just in case she was thinking about that.

You speak the truth. I had a friend like this. She took great glee in making other people. The look of smug satisfaction on her face when she said something purposely hurtful that caused me emotional or mental pain is almost indescribable. However, a difference of opinion or minor disagreement over something trivial or mundane would turn into an all-out war. Mutual friends and talk about what a butthole I was simply for disagreeing with her. I was mean for telling her no or laying down a boundary. For clarity, this friend was in her mid-forties, had two grown children and was about to become a grandmother. I cut contact with her nearly a decade ago and I'm much more careful about who I let into my life these days

*Story 1:* What part of *"We can't do this"* does this *"karen"* not understand? She's been given the phone number to a tow truck company, she was given a chance to use their phone to use, and yet she refuses to use them, expecting him to personally to go get her car. I was a dispatcher for a auto mechanic garage. I once heard a very funny conversation between a Karen 👩‍🎤 and one of our mechanics 👨🏻‍🔧 👨🏻‍🔧”Your car also needs a $250 gasket.” 👩‍🎤”Hah! I don’t _want_ a $250 gasket!” 👨🏻‍🔧”You can’t have it anyway. It’s out of stock.” 👩‍🎤”What do you mean I can’t have it!? I need it!” 👨🏻‍🔧 “Why did you say you didn’t want it if you need it?” 👩‍🎤 “Why did you say I needed it if I couldn’t have it!?” 👨🏻‍🔧 “I didn’t say you couldn’t have it when you needed it…just that you couldn’t have it when you didn’t _want_ it, and now you’ll have to _BEG_ for it!” 👩‍🎤 **screams and swears over the phone before hanging up**

Second story, the fact that OP is the better parent makes it a really hard to root for the parents on this. There should be more discipline, more structure and let your kids know that if you want a dog you're going to have to work for it because puppies are a responsibility that they should know and love that they're just like a lot of work.

The second story: Permissive parents raise entitled children. Those kids clearly have no respect for boundaries, zero comprehension of the word no or that it's often a complete sentence and nothing resembling accountability. Therefore, they have no expectation of their being reprisals as well as consequences for their behavior. If I OP, I would absolutely cut contact with those “friends” because it's clear that they only view OP as a convenient option while expecting to be made a priority. I also suspect that Grandma, no doubt, noped out of babysitting for her grandkids because even she knows they're holy terrors and is sick of their crap.

Story 2: I hate kids who act like young delinquents. Their mother is the reason their kids have issue regarding their behavior and being spoiled. This is the reason why kids and the younger generations are emotionally, mentally, and verbally abused by spoiled and enabling parents and probably grandparents.

For the last Story: my family make jokes at my expense and bring up my past mistakes whenever we have arguments.

I also worked at gasstation and i have similar story. one day a coustumer was pumping his car and he was calling on his phone. there are giant boards that have 3 rules. Dont pump under 16 Dont use phone while pumping dont smoke wile pumping. I had learned that when I saw someone break one of the rules I could stop it remotely from my register. anyways this man was pumping his car and he was calling and on his phone. I stopped his pump. he came in and walked in somewhat angry. I explained the rules and I pointed to the giant sign. then he hung up and got back to his car to continue. when he wanted to pay I said this is 50 euros. he looked at me and said huh this is cheap I normally pay 70 euros for a full tank of gasoline. I said but you have diesel. then he tried to blame me for taking the wrong gas. his car didnt start ofcourse and I could watch him getting towed away because he was distracted and stupid enough to put the wrong fuel in his car. he tried to blame me. my co workers and managers told him it was his own fault. he got angry.... It was very scary at first but eventually I found it funny hahaha

When I was working at a gas station, someone tried to get me to sell them my car. Kept telling me to "name a price" despite me saying over and over "it's not for sale". Finally I said "fine. You want a price? 8 hundred million dollars." To which they said "be reasonable". Excuse me? How am I, not wanting to sell my only means of conveyance, unreasonable? You keep ignoring me saying "not for sale" over and over.

As far as the coworkers thing. I would just tell her to go do what she wants. We aren't together anymore. And if it continues to be a work issue; the company would have to deal with it. But they should have callled it quits earlier and not dealt with it. If they told them it was good and gave them another chance, it’s on them to honor or explain why what they promised isn't the case.

It’s not really a big issue but I am the fastest person at everything in my family and my sister is slower than everyone/average and a lot of the time I have to do most of my sister’s chores and it sometimes costs me an hour a day. I am not happy about it but I will not bring it up and I don’t know why.
