we bring you a karate practice program that you can do at home every day.
This time, Yoshimasa Kakazu, 10th dan Shorin-ryu instructor,
will teach you 26 basic movements of Karate.

I had the pleasure of training with Kakazu Sensei twice last week and doing these techniques in his dojo. If you can i would highly recommend doing a training tour in Okinawa with Ageshio Japan, you won't forget it.

For me karate-do is the art of living and dying. Empty hand but full heart.
