a lot of these questions can't be empirically solved by science so its all opinion.

Because there are no explanations. Only by elimination, you back into the natural state of no mind where words have no role rather a natural understanding arises on its own. Words, languages are a creation of the mind - tools to define what’s around us. They are redundant for things which reside in natural state of a quiet silent mind. You could be given thousand explanations on the smell of a rose but until you actually smell one, you would never know what it is.
