What a beast, Chelsea should give him the 3 year contract. It doesn't make sense to sign Koulibaly who is the same age for 4 years and not give Kante 3 years. Even if Kante plays 60% of the games, he can be the difference between finishing top 4 or losing out on it, eventually costing Chelsea a lot more money. Another thing is that Chelsea would need to replace him with someone who would probably cost 50m+ and have massive wages.

Yea but I think kante is on injuries upon injuries right now and that costing the team This season he was injured then a week ago he returned then again he got injured again in training this week

@@nathanelchrist549 Almost all the injuries Kante has suffered during his time at Chelsea have been muscle injuries. What I have seen is that whenever Kante is fit, they tend to overplay him because he is so important to the team. The coaches and medical staff also need to take responsibility. They shouldn't rush him and shouldn't play him more than once per week. Knowing this, I'm sure Kante would accept lower wages in his next contract. Other clubs also know his injury history and I don't think they would offer him much more than Chelsea.
